The patio is awesome in the summer, the service is always good too, even when they are really busy.
My only "complaint" is that the menu has so many choices that I love. I don't usually dither over a menu but having to choose between several tapas, a paella (carne is my favorite), a pizza, etc. takes me a while. This is the kind of problem I like to have at a restaurant!
Dagabi never fails to please. We are “regulars” and love our n’hood restaurant. Tonight I had a dish off the special menu, which we often do because we trust chef Antonio implicitly. The Fricando de Ternera, Catalan veal, was amazing with rice and my favorite green bean-artichoke medley side. Capped off by a Limoncello... How good does it get? This good.
I love this place! A favorite of locals. The Happy Hour tapa menu is excellent. My favorites are the clams, the Spanish polenta and the caprese tapas. Ask about their daily soup. They have gluten free pizzas and wine specials.
An excellent neighborhood spot that holds its own against any other Mediterranean style bistro. Yay tapas!
A great place to relax and have some great food and wine with family and friends. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere... Happy Hour and tapas is great fun!
You won't do better in Boulder, a must visit at some point for everyone!
One of my ultimate favorite places in #NOBO! Happy hour prices are affordable, many tapas to chose from, outdoor seating & friendly staff. It's a hidden gem that is worth seeking
Perfect Christmas Eve dinner with family! Delicious food, gracious, accommodating service and good cheer!
Great food, nice blend of Italian and Spanish. well priced and excellent deserts.
Great food, exceptional service, very reasonably priced.
Best Tapas in Boulder, hands down! We cannot wait to come back and order everything on the menu!

Decided to try Dagabi Cucina for a date night since it had been on our list for a while. The atmosphere was nice and our server was really friendly. We ordered the Spanish tortilla which was tasty, a happy hour pizza, and veg paella. A little on the pricey side for the portion sizes but nothing outrageous for Boulder. I was surprised that the paella didn't come out in the pan it was cooked in...taste-wise, it was okay, but it was not like any paella I've ever had in Spain. My boyfriend's pizza came out 10-15 min before my food which I thought was odd. He said the pizza was good although it was cold/soggy by the time my food came out. Our server did apologize for the wait. For the price/value, I'd come back specifically for happy hour tapas and pizza if I'm in the area but not sure if I'd come back just for dinner.
We went for dinner last night and had a wonderful experience! Brent was our server and he was excellent. The food was timed perfectly, it was absolutely delicious and drinks were great. We shared a couple of the plates and they were split in the kitchen ahead of time, without us asking, which is always a nice touch. Would highly recommend!
This is a North Boulder standby. It has a mellow, neighborhood vibe. The food is quite good although individual dishes come out in random order over a period of several minutes. That may just be the nature of a tapas restaurant. If the weather is good, I suggest asking for a table on the patio.
Dagabi Cucina is our go to restaurant with great food in a town known for being a foodie place. Dagabi has an involved hands-on owner who has been there a long time serving his community with a neighborhood approach. The Spanish-Med food is amazing and consistent. There's occasional music with the option of covered patio seating. Make sure to get the sauteed mushrooms in a reduced balsamic sauce along with their hand-crafted bread. The seafood paella is not to be missed and many tasty tapas are available. Dagabi is a hidden gem in North Boulder with easy parking away from the tourist zone.
I had the steak salad for $14.50. it was delicious maybe 40 g of steak. The quality is here the price very high, welcome to Boulder! Better value for price would make it five stars.
Me and a few friends got together and visited Dagabi during Denver food week. They offered a $35 meal option with an appetizer, entree and dessert. All three were absolutely fantastic. The salad was a great mix of fruity and earthy, I finished every last bite. The stew was great and even better when you dip the house bread into it. We easily ordered 4 orders of that bread and took some home :). Even better is they were more than accommodating with a vegan diet. The entire night was a blast and our fantastic server really topped it off. I can’t wait to return to try the daily menu and can’t recommend Dagabi enough.
Great local taverna. Fantastic array of foods at great prices especially happy hour.
Not in an obvious location but worth seeking out.
