We just enjoyed a fabulous evening filled with wine, tapas and paella with our best friends as we planned my husband's birthday party. Run, don't walk, to go have some outstanding food cooked locally my friends!

Food and drinks are always delicious. Vibes are chill, open and friendly.
Easily the best restaurant in Boulder (if not the Front Range). My husband and I
love it so much that we came here after our wedding to celebrate with our friends. You'll never be disappointed by Cafe Aion.
I can’t get enough of the cauliflower and short ribs! #YUMMZ
Came in for brunch on a Saturday. We ordered the orange juice and French press coffee. The orange juice was some of the best I’ve had in Boulder, it seemed freshly squeezed. The French press was also very tasty. For our food we ordered the Shakshouka and Eggs Benedict. The Shakshouka was very flavorful and perfect for a cold day. It was definitely large enough to share. The Eggs Benedict had a perfectly creamy hollandaise sauce and nice smashed potatoes. This is a great low key place to stop in for a weekend brunch.
Nice place on the hill. Easy to get too. Outdoor seating as well as spread out inside. Excellent paella! Dishes are on the smaller side. Cocktails were delicious.
It's a small, family owned restaurant that you should definitely visit! The food is delicious. The service is top notch. We had the green beans and truffle fries for appetizers. The green beans are divine! Then we had the steak which was cooked to perfection! For dessert we had flan and creme brulee - both exceptional! We had a few delicious cocktails to compliment our meals as well.
Amazing food and creative chefs. The pork and poultry are always brined to perfection. Unfortunately our last waitress was stymieing to our experience. Lack of communication and knowledge of the menu. My meals with other servers were much more pleasant.
Always good food but I missed it that they went away with the small plates experience, likely during the pandemic for good reasons, but I was disappointed going with my family who I'd be happy to share with. Unless the chef changed for other reasons, which of course he has the right to do! Congrats on always having great food and a good atmosphere.
Ran across this little gem looking for something different... everything was amazing! Definitely gotta try the fried cauliflower with the saffron yogurt! The house paella and seafood paella were PERFECT! Paired with the cava rosé and a beautiful friendly server the whole experience was awesome!
I love going here because it has excellent food and a calm interior. The restaurants on Pearl Street are too cramped and loud to converse.
Excellent, creative seasonings to each dish.
