Sancho's Mexican Restaurant - Boulder - Photo album

On the back side of the shopping center. Very good food and good portions. My friend got a burrito and it was about 50% bigger than a Qdoba one. The Chicharron was nice and spicy, but not overly hot. No alcohol though...
Tacos (first three off the menu and veggie) and pork tamale were great. This place is legit.
Absolutely the best tacos I've ever had.. Completely addicted.
I ordered tacos here and my husband ordered a smothered burrito, I have to say both were pretty good! I’m a taco lover so I’m always searching for a good taco spot. I would come back here again. Friendly staff and the food was prepared fresh and served fast when we came in. Glad I had the chance to
Moving out here from California I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the great street tacos I was used to. Sancho's has proven it was up to the task. Their al pastor tacos are amazing. They also have a great salsa bar. This place is a must go if you are looking for good Mexican food.

I've been eating here nearly 7 years and to date its still the best Mexican food in boulder. Authentic, it reminded me of the fare I used to only get in Austin. It is my home away from home, most of the food here is just how my parents made it! Love, love, love!
Looked for Mexican food in Boulder & Sancho's came up in the results. I'm glad we stopped. I had the Asada Taco & Chicken Tamale. The corn tortilla for the taco was so flavorful! Also ordered chips with salsa & the chips were made fresh. Great place for a quick bite to eat!
