I could be biased, but i'm not. i truly believe we are the bees knees!! I have been eating here 5 days a week for the last 2 years and counting. I love our Carnitas and smoked pork tacos. Id say i had a favorite but i don't. I love this place and our staff! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a laid back tequila taco bar!

As the first customer to partake in Verde's now open restuarant, I could not have been more satisfied. When I first got there, the staff was very friendly and a group that is very down to Earth. They absolutly love this town and had no problem talkiing with me about how they got started, why they came to boulder, etc.
The waiter I was assigned to was very friendly. He was very polite and compassionate while also being really fun to talk to. It's not often that you are able to meet a guy who wears a batman t shirt to his waiter job so I felt it refreshing as well as friendly and not uptight.
The food is to die for. I ordered a carne asada burrito and it has got that mexican flavor kick that's hard to find anywhere outside of arizona. These burritos are also PLENTIFUL!!! A lot of food to devour in such a big and tight burrito that is sure to kick up with flavor. The salad was also excellent as well. Very moist and a great complement to the savory and well spiced burrito.
The dessert was also amazing. I ordered churros there and got 4 of them with 2 excellent dipping sauces. Not to mention the churros are well flavored in what i can only explain as a combination between brown sugar, cinnamon and a very sweet chocolate. The dipping sauces are exquisite as well. The chocloate dipping sauces tasted like fudge, and the other sauces was a combination of pineapple, banana, and chocolate all melded together which proved to be a great combination!!!
A great burrito and a great dessert and it only costs $15. You can't find that anywhere else. Overall, you will miss out if you don't get in on this up and coming restaurant.
The margaritas and queso are on point! The bartenders are awesome and friendly too, my favorite place!
So refreshing to stumble upon this place! Great food- I had a grilled veggie taco and a carne asada taco. Great portions, very tasty and great friendly service. My friend for the cheese crisp- like a Mexican pizza on a big tortilla- YUM!!! Drinks were great too-spicy mango margarita! Also this place is great for solo diners as they have a nice bar area. Also they have an awesome happy hour!!!

Love the coin marg, Cali burrito! Always adding new menu items, have amazing homemade chips. Definitely the best off the grid spot in nobo.

Verde has a nice little coin margarita. The food is pretty good--you get a lot of it!! Cozy place that we like to go to for Happy Hour after work. Also there is Free Parking!!!

The first time I went, I didn't go in, because the outside is ugly, honestly, and environment is super important to me. BUT, this time I gave it a shot, and the environment is great, the staff were super nice and easy going. Best yet, the good was amazing! I had 3 tacos, corn tortillas #glutenfree, and chips with salsa and guacamole. Turns out you get your own bag of chips when you order!
Service is awesome. Margs are strong but not overpowering. Foods’ even better. Burritos are legendary. Unlimited possibilities here with burrito customizations.
Food is great. Simple but tasty burritos (enchilada sauce smother was fantastic, also an Indian flavor to it that really worked) and other Mexican items. The salsa trio was awesome, very different. Their chips are really good too. Staff functionally got us taken care of but were pretty disinterested in general. “Patio” is just a few tables outside the entrance but they have a good online ordering system that makes it work and it allows your dog to be with you. Overall a great meal, I’ll swing by again.
Excellent food with good portion sizes, large burrito and tacos. I also like that the chips and salsa was provided as with a bag of chips that we could take home.
Great food and we loved the pitcher of margaritas to share with the table. Wish chips and salsa came with the meal like many other restaurants, but that's a minor thing. The service was quick and friendly. Look forward to going back
4.5 🌟 I got the mission burrito 🌯 for $13.00 it was really good and huge. Great flavor and freshness. The cup of pork green chili was also very good. Friendly staff and good service from Kyle.
Great food, I recommend the sprouts! Lots of seating and the tacos are amazing! The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are single stall so you might have to wait, but not long.
The California burrito with carne asada was awesome! The potatoes in it are fries and it’s a good crunchy contrast to the cheese and guacamole. I took it to-go but I wish I had time to try some of the other stuff on their menu. The person who helped us was friendly and everything was quick. Would recommend this place for the burrito alone!
