Great price for some incredible tacos. I'm not a fan of Indian food but this place might making me a believer.

I was cynical walking in, because I thought the concept couldn't possibly work. Really good, healthy food. I wish you continued success!

Way yummy! I love the selections! The corn tortillas are divine- fresh and made in Longmont! The staff are super sweet. The price is very affordable, the serving is a value! Small so plan to go, a few tables, but they get filled fast during lunch. I love that they have compost!

Great food for a reasonable price on the hill. Would love to see this business increase so its not just a one man show. Worth the wait for the mean time even when its busy.

These folks are the brilliant talent behind our absolute favorite San Francisco eatery. We were OBSESSED with their food at the SF location and could not be MORE THRILLED that they have chosen Boulder as their new home. Everything we've ever experienced from them has been wonderfully unique (just different enough), unpretentious, and tweaked right to perfection. Crazy good.

Nice Indian and Mexican food fusion place located in University hill. You can find a lot of college crowd in and around this area. So, if that’s not your jam, you might not enjoy the ambience. Onto the food and drinks, they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. the margarita and Bahama Mama’s cocktails were great. The saag paneer + chana masala rice bowl was good. The saag paneer and coconut curry sweet potato and tofu tacos were okay. The chana masala tacos were really good and delicious. They have a variety of delicious sauces to add some more taste to your dish. My favorite sauces were the yogurt sauce and cilantro sauce. Those went well with the rice bowl and the tacos that I tried. They also have rooftop seating which is very pretty.

Pretty good! It's an interesting idea, Mexican and Indian food. The flavors are rather unique. It's well executed, I would recommend the burrito with the chicken and the tomatio avocado chutney, though I think I would prefer it with the raita. I think the nachos with paneer and cilantro left me wanting something, but I can't place what it is. The chips are very good if you like crispy thick tortilla chips. I really like the location and the aesthetic of this restaurant.

The place was great! Quite clean as well. It has both indoor and outdoor seatings (rooftop). They have a wide range of vegan options too, which is a plus! Can go there for a quick snack as well as for other main courses which can be quite filling too.

We have always loved the casual drive up to Boulder and even more than that is the eccentric food and restaurants there, especially with an emphasis on great taste with a healthy focus in mind. The newest hidden gem to this list is Roxie’s Tacos! This quaint little taco shop located right on Broadway can only be described as the taco shop we didn’t know we needed in our lives. We loved the ambiance and the hints of India throughout the restaurant, even better were the menu options. The Indian/Mexican fusion menu is fantastic with offerings like tacos, nachos and rice bowls. Highly recommended to any native or newcomer...not to mention that they are soon moving to a much larger space and will have a LOT more to offer. We personally can’t wait to go back soon!

I and my boyfriend live in Boulder and yet we never discovered this place until today. Best Indians tacos we ever had so far. They even have rooftop arrangements. This will be our regular dine-in place henceforth. Getting a combo of my favorite cuisine (Indian) and second favorite (Mexican), what more could I ask for. I would highly recommend this place to all 🌮 lovers 💏

Amazing vegan tacos meets Indian comfort foods. This little restaurant was loved by the children and the adults!! Service was awesome and the menu was easy to understand yet creative. Atmosphere is very casual and we loved that. We enjoyed the special of the day, a thai curry rice and bean bowl, a vegan taco and some homemade pappadum, yum yum! Check it out, it will be totally worth it.

I had the pleasure of eating Roxie's Tacos in Boulder and was pleasantly surprised. It's not your typical taco shop, everything is Indian inspired. I had a vegan Thai Curry Taco & Coconut Milk Chai. Both were amazing! They had mainly plant-based options as well, which means I can go back and try new things! The coconut chai had a delightful spiciness to it that I often seek, and can't find.

Delicious fusion food that will leave you feeling full and satisfied. Both the tacos and burrito were packed with flavor and veggies. I’d recommend the Chana Masala for each. I’ll come back anytime I want a great Indian fusion meal for a reasonable price.
