My family goes there often. Last trip they were super busy, and when WE messed up our order, they rushed to fix so my daughter could eat with us and not wait for the line. They put in good effort and the food is always great.
Really above and beyond service today, and the food was so delicious
I ordered from Smashburger for the first time and did it though Uber eats. After 30 minutes (avg wait time) I received notification from Uber that the driver was on his way. 5 minutes later I get notification that my order was cancelled by the driver. I called these guys and they said they had no idea why the driver cancelled and that it was the 2nd time today that it happened. I’m not that far away and told them I would gladly come pick it up. When I got there the staff was super nice and apologetic. I pulled out my credit card to pay and they said it was on them, almost a $50 order. They just gained a new customer. The burgers were pretty darn good as well.
My Double Colorado burger was so good today that I went to the kitchen to let them know as I stop by many different Smashburger locations.
I was informed by a nice lady in the kitchen that this location is under new management.
It clearly shows.
The burger was cooked perfectly with the right amount of toppings and the Smash fries were good, hot and crispy as I love.
This is as good as you can expect from fast food.
