Ordered online for a pick up and after the website let me order 70 bucks worth of pizza with no issue I went to pick it up. After waiting in the store for 5 minutes before someone came to great me they then proceed to tell me they don't have the trust I ordered and therefore my items weren't there.

I have lived all over the US and had Pizza Hut from all over the US and I can easily say this location has to be at least in the bottom 10 locations. When they do get your order correct it takes 2 hours to get to you. However, then getting it correct is not common. The final straw for me was this

Delivery driver did not have my pizza in an insulated bag and it was delivered lukewarm. Bottle of Pepsi was warm. I called and asked them to bring me a cold drink. Awful! Save u the trouble and order from dominos! The food was cold, and it looked like the boxes were smashed. The presentation was awful. They took over an hour to deliver. The driver forgot the 2 liter soda we ordered he was really nice tho probably the only good part about the whole experience.
