Staff has been super helpful, lost my keys and Katie went above and beyond to help me find them. Maintenance response is very quick compared to my last apartment complex.
A beautiful complex with good amenities, pool, hot tub, community room, outdoor grills and more. Close to so very much. Groceries, target, 29th street mall, restaurants, walking path and more. And it's pretty quiet here. Inside my apartment I have plenty of sunlight and space. I love it here and would definitely recommend Griffis 3100 Pearl. I will be renewing when the time comes.
While I never actually stayed or got into my apartment, the staff at Griffis did a tremendous job helping me cancel my lease due to a family emergency. They were understanding and willing to work with me, and for that I am very grateful.
Griffis is actually pretty awesome if you can afford it(It's very clean as well,top notch cleanliness. Cleaners come very often. Maintenance is VERY quick to fix issues as well ). I will admit Griffis is probably starting to get a little expensive now, and I am not sure if I will renew my lease or not as there's just a lot more to be had in Boulder for what I pay here. That said, they are competitively priced with pretty much any other 'lux' apartment building around central boulder.
It has a ton of amazing amenities, and the building itself is quite secure. A lot of these reviews are complaining about things that never happened when they have claimed they did(especially the car theft in our garage - i can assure you'd have to get incredibly lucky to sneak in through it). A lot of people also are complaining about noise when I haven't practically heard a peep from my surrounding neighbors. The walls are well constructed enough to prevent the 'neighbor noise'. and yes, you may hear a footstep or something here and there but that's any apartment, realistically.
Everyone complaining about not getting better help should have maybe just read the resident guide; or learn how to use your FOB correctly to access things, its not hard lol.
Also i just want to specifically point out that Ashley has been an awesome leasing agent of Griffis and is always very helpful/responsive with anything I need.
