Let’s break it down: 3-stars for the burger, 4-stars for the fries and 5-stars for the cleanliness. It was not a $9+ hamburger. Two patties is great but no flavor to the burger and even with grilled onions and mushrooms it was extremely bland. Bun was so thin it became soggy very quickly from the burger. Employees were nice but I was amazed that 7 people were on the clock for how slow it was. One photo of them just standing around and a bit entertaining to hear their back and forth conversation about who was on dishes and fries. Not oozing productivity. Love how clean it was and fries were great. I wouldn’t agree with their signage that it is the “best burger” or “best bargain”. I know it’s a tough environment right now with material and labor costs but I’d have a chat with the team about productivity.
Top notch burgers, but $20 for a meal including fries and drink means they are stuck in that awkward space between a fast food joint and sitting down for a gourmet burger at a bar. Just please don’t compromise on quality to compensate.
Great meal. Couldn’t finish. Forgot the little burger is one patty. Couldn’t finish fries. They were really good. Tastes like potatoes. Won’t take with because they never taste the same re-heated. Especially while traveling. Burgers juicy.
I LOVE the food here, but it is EXPENSIVE and prices seem to go up another buck every time I visit. It's gotten to the point where it costs $75 to feed my family of five. At a counter-service restaurant, that's getting ridiculous. As much as we live the place, it has fallen out of our regular rotation due to price.
I love a great burger and I thought I had found a great burger at Five Guys. Not. I called in the order and when I arrived it was already to go. Come on guys. Where's the quality control. Wrapping a burger in foil is not right. Do they make a good burger? Yes
But it was sloppy and mushy
Someone is dropping the ball. It's a shame that there is no pride or consistency. I've seen it before. Money is rolling in and you forget about the quality. Do something like giving employees some training. We all know why Starbucks is so awesome. Consistency.
Show your employees that you care about the quality and you'll see them step up and want to be proud of their contributions. I'll be looking forward to my next order, after you impliment a few of these ideas.
.
Always good and plenty of food. Burgers are great fries are fantastic.
Great burgers! A little on the pricey side when you add fries and a drink.. But the fries are good too. Seems like they used to be more generous with the fries(as they should for the price of them).
This place is still hands down the best burger spot around. Still a bag full of fries and double patties are standard. You won’t be disappointed
The staff at this location is always amazing and very helpful. Restaurant doesn’t feel dirty and the food is always hot and delicious.
Between Five Guys and Tonyburgers I must say it's a landslide on flavor and quality. BEST fries go to Tony and BEST burger goes to Tony as well! The fries from 5 Guys are OK because I love seasoning salt on pretty much anything to add some spice. The burger was dry and not tasteful plus they don't have a selection for a lettuce wrapped burger.. Overall disappointed because I'm a Tony guy moving forward.
The charisma and energy from the employees behind the counter is only matched by the flavor and freshness of of food served up at this phenomenal Five Guys establishment. This is actually my 3rd time here in 2 weeks and every experience has been consistent. The service is great around the clock and the food is equally paralleled. I highly recommend!
