The Hamburger was very good but forgot to put the mustard on it I ask for. Had to get some and add myself.This is my 1st visit in a long time. Not that busy so order should have been correct. Very clean so this is a plus. O7-24-2021 I will be back and see the next time.
I know that Five Guys is famous for their burgers but I really didn't have a taste for a burger that evening. So, I ordered a hot dog and fries. I can't express how disappointed I was. It was the worst tasting hot dog I've ever had in a restaurant. The fries were decent but OMG that hot dog..... nev
their food never disappoints. staff is usually pretty friendly. one of the best burgers in the area and their fries are sooooo good. definitely recommend

The food here is always excellent. But today they proved that their customer service was outstanding as well. The gentleman who was preparing my food and noticed that I was accidentally upcharged and took care of it right away. I would have never noticed had he not said something.

Food is always great. However, I am currently here at 9:30 on 7/31/21, watching one employee inside working away on our food while we are sitting curbside by the door in our vehicle. Then the other 4 employees come around the corner from the back of the building and begin to take turns riding around
Great service, but I feel bad for the one young man who was handling everything up front on his own from taking orders to cooking the food!
Good food, no waiting in line (at 3pm anyway)
