Very fast and great customer service. Food was hot I had to drop one star due to the fact we had to wait for our large order to feed my family of six. That wasn't so bad, but after waiting they put cheese on a burger for a kid that hates cheese. π€¦πΏββοΈ However due to excellent customer service the manager on duty was very empathetic, polite, and apologized for the inconveniences. Told my wife to keep the mistake cheese burger π and made us the correct burger π minus cheese in 2-3 minutes.
We thought they were open 24-7 we pulled up at 11:58 to order. They kindly took our order after paying and getting our food host made us aware we got there just in time since they closed at 12. They had amazing customer service.
Manager super helpful and nice young lady. Hamburger was delicious fries hot that hasn't happened in years of coming in here or driving thru. Delightful eating experience enjoyed our lunch. Staff also pleasant and nice π.
Haven't been to one in awhile. Was surprised no wait staff, order by kiosk and menu has shrunk big time.
