This place is horrible ,could not reach them by phone for 45 min to place an order ,phone busy.Came in last week ,the floor was so sticky you could not walk ,tables were not cleaned.
I love Wendy’s, not just any Wendy’s this place! Food stays fresh and the line stays rolling! I feel like I’m a Burger King. Just having it my way sitting in the car. Highly recommend.
We usually go to the McDonalds right by here but we wanted something different so did Wendy’s. I’m not a HUGE fan of Wendy’s but I can say that simply due to the wonderful attitude of the girls working that night (I believe it was Wednesday), this is where we will be going from now on when we need something quick. At McDonalds, the attitudes are so disgusting. At the one in Boutte and the one in Paradis, they are both full of attitude and incorrect orders. Must be one manager for two locations, since the employees act however they want to act. At this Wendy’s though… I saw the complete opposite. She took my order with a great attitude, had my food ready quickly and it was fresh. I would give more stars if I could.
Waited 30 minutes in drive through.When pulled up, the music was blaring and staff was dancing. In December 2021 I gave 1 star with multiple visits being terrible.
UPDATE March 2022, gave 5 Stars after multiple visits they have corrected and are also very polite. Nice to see businesses make changes necessary to succeed

Best fries at this location. I'd drive 8 miles for their fries on Sherrod forest & Coursey
