Review Jukebox Cafe - Boyertown

I like the Jukebox Cafe. They are a nice, small breakfast/lunch restaurant with a 1950's jukebox theme. Like most restaurants these days, they seem to be short of help which resultsed in us having to wait dor a table, followed by a rather noticably long wait for our food. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant was clean. When the food finally arrived, it was good. I wasn't crazy about the French Toast as I like it a bit fluffier than how they made it, but it was still good. My bacon, eggs and hashbrowns were really good. They have actual functional jukeboxes in the restaurant, which were being used by customers. Young people were probably confused. :)

Standard breakfast and lunch fare at a good price. The food is made fresh in the restaurant and ingredients often come from local farms. Their home made soups are comforting. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and patient about answering questions. It gets very crowded and loud. While it can't be helped, I have to be in the mood for that vibe. If you read my other diner reviews, you know I have a thing for HOT coffee. It was freshly brewed, but too tepid for me. My friend thought it was perfect, and she enjoyed a delicious fruit smoothie as well. I'd like to go back during the week for lunch. Definitely worth a visit.

Date of visit: Saturday 11 December 2021. This was my first time in this cramped busy diner. I ordered the blacken chicken club sandwich which was delicious. The diner's decor has a 50's theme with pictures of movie stars who happened to have a substance abuse problem on the walls Not my cup of tea LOL. There is an imitation jukebox taking up space near the entryway. The server was very friendly and accommodating. I doubt that I'll ever come back because I live out of the area and to make a special trip just to hear the jukebox and look at Elvis would be silly. The clientele is strictly Boyertown blue collar: all the guys ate with their baseball caps on.

Olivia was super awesome as our lunch server. Hamburgers were so tasty and thick and juicy. 8 of us and it couldn’t have been better. Love Coke products too! Thank you for the delicious lunch😊

Went for a Saturday breakfast. The waiting area is very small and very cold, even with the heater on. Inside sitting area is pretty tight as well. Servers are very nice and friendly. You're coffee cup will never run low. The kitchen is a bit slow, we waited a long time for chipped beef and eggs. Their food is good, but I personally didn't appreciate their creamed chipped beef - it has an odd sweetness to it, almost like they add sugar to the cream. If you're a S.O.S. fan, I really wouldn't reccomend getting it here. Plenty of parking. Everything is priced fairly.

Wow, really good meal here! Perfect mushroom swiss medium rare burger. The fries were wonderful and I recommend trying them dipped in their Hollandaise sauce... I was being adventurous and asked for some on the side. Sweet servers, busy place. Just opened for breakfast and lunch so get there quick before the crowd.

Great 50's themed cafe! Good food, service and friendly waitress. Returning after pandemic and had s great omelette and hood coffee. Still recommend this place although take note it closes at 2:00pm!

Great little place to get a homemade bite to eat. Great service, cozy atmosphere! If you want nostalgia, they have it in spades with a lot of options for a hometown joint!

This place is so great! The staff is friendly and attentive. I am a regular here, coming in at least once a week for the past two years. In my opinion breakfast is way better than lunch and you get more for your money (which isn't too expensive considering the size/quality of the food). My all-time favorite is the traditional eggs benny. It's the best benny I've ever had (I get eggs benedict almost everytime I go out to breakfast somewhere). They use sandwich-size Thomas' English muffin, delicious/thin Canadian bacon, eggs poached to perfection and the tastiest hollandaise ever! The holly is not overwhelmingly lemony like most. I put it on my potatoes too. You will not be disappointed if you choose to dine here!!!

JukeBox Cafe always comes through with great food and a wonderful staff. We took some friends from out of town there. They wanted good breakfast and they called it "great breakfast!" Thanks for proving our point JukeBox!

I've visited JB for breakfast on occasion and it was always okay; but yesterday was a big disappointment. They didn't have chipped beef and what they call hash browns were undercooked potato slices. On the "special menu" they listed the same thing as on the normal menu except it was $2 more. I had to ask if they were under new management. I was told they were having a high turnover in staff. Crossing this place off my list.

Decor is adorable, service is excellent, food is delicious! Reminds me of one of my favorite diners in NJ. Cute little place! We’ll definitely be back.

We were visiting the area to attend a 90th birthday party of a friend/teacher from our days in Japan at a Missionary school. This cafe was recommended and we had a delicious breakfast at very reasonable prices and timely service. Our server, Sharon, was great with our various additional requests to the menu. We would come again tomorrow if not leaving town.
