Review Dunkin' Donuts - Boyertown

Horrible! Is there a word that could describe the service and rudeness that I experienced this morning. My son had a sleepover so the kids wanted a donut. Raining so I decided to go inside thinking that was a wise idea since I had a small order and many people use the drive up to avoid having to get out in the rain. There was one person in front of me, and at least seven people working that I could see. I placed an order for three donuts- one for each kid. I waited, and waited and waited. There was a going girl at the register who told everyone she was new, but no one bothered to help her or give her direction. She didn’t seem to be prepared for the job, and not a single person offered to help her or monitor her, BUT they were willing to tell every customer that was waiting, perplexed, as to the status of their order that she was new. Someone then came over to me after I had been waiting twenty minutes for three donuts and asked me what I had ordered. She then threw them in a bag, without the paper, and then said she is new. So I have heard! My first time at this DD and definitely my last. I understand being new but she was not able to put three donuts in a bag, and then either have someone help her or don’t have her work on a Sunday am. It’s interesting how everyone could explain she was new but no one could support the customers getting their orders. Very bad experience- so happy I’m not a DD fan to begin with so this isn’t much of a loss to me.

Mary was very nice and helpful! I go every morning and today my coffee was not good so I stopped back after work and she gave me a credit and apologized over and over again. These ladies work hard to get help and try there best to make every one happy! Thanks for being so nice!!

I been going to the zieglerville location every day for a year now and their staff is great and manager Mary is one of the best in management! She remembers orders, is so kind and personable. She always takes care of her team and customers day in and day out. They’re very fortunate to have her now at the Boyertown location. I was in yesterday and was helped by another employee and he was awesome as well. I moved but plan making the 40 min drive to go back and see them for my coffee when I am able to. They are so worth it there. Good job!!

This location got my drink order wrong. They forgot the extra mocha in my iced coffee but by the time I realized I couldn't go back. Usually I notice before I leave but was with my uncle who also ordered an Iced coffee. This time I went it was a lot better! Although busy, they had a more competent staff this time

Stopped before 6 am to grab donuts for my coworkers who are working their 6th day on a Saturday, only to get day old donuts. Gotta do better guys, I threw my donut out, tasted more like a 2 day old donut 😭😭

The girls were nice but they were super unorganized, my coffee was sitting there melting for 10 mins till I realized they were just putting them down and not calling anyone's name.. I'd go through the drive through if I was ever to go again, the inside on a Saturday afternoon was bad.

Pregnant and craving donuts every now and then and they have this really good bacon and cheese in a croissant mmmmmhh so good, my two guilty pleasures.

Really, I'm supposed to raitt this place wen most of America can quote the menu off the top of their head, except that they don't have ham anymore, go figure

Just stopped by for some late night snackin'. Would it be asking too much to hire people who gave a crap? My croissant was smashed and 75% of my melted cheese had to be peeled off the wrapper. Took too long, should have had a menu perfect sandwich for 2 a.m. It's going to be well worth the extra time to go down the highway to a REAL Dunkin Donuts. Philadelphia Ave. needs to invest some real time into who they hire. What a joke! Never satisfied.

New pumpkin coffee, frozen pumpkin coffee, pumpkin doughnuts. I love pumpkin!

Brittnee is the best!! No matter what store she's working...i sure do miss her in Oley, but lucky I go to Boyertown a few times a week!

A chocolate glazed donut is NOT a chocolate cream cream donut :(

My husband and I go most Sunday mornings before church and I would say maybe 10% of those trips they’ve gotten my hot chocolate order correct. This morning there was a piece of foil wrapper in the cream cheese on my bagel. I don’t know how everybody runs on Dunkin’ because you never get what you order. They also don’t apologize and always hesitate to take it back if you tell them that they made something incorrectly. We’re going to go to Wawa from now on.

This is not the first time they have messed up my order. When you go through the drive through and your then back in the building 9 times out of 10 Bc your orders wrong there's an issue. Hasn't happened lately but today it did. If you ever want to sit down and enjoy your breakfast the way you expect it dont bother, since it's never as its ordered!

The cashier (possibly Manager) is awesome. I send 4 boys in for donuts a few days a week. He makes them feel like donut superstars
