I used to get coffee 2 to 3 times per week. This store has deteriorated over time. The dining area is always dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. The help is rude and very slow. Most of the time it seems like 1 person in the store

Is this a new location? It certainly felt like it when I stopped in today to try to make a purchase. Super delayed orders, long lines building… there were plenty of employees but didn’t seem like much was getting done. I might try again in a few months; hopefully they will work out the kinks.
