This is a must go to place in Bozeman I had a halibut special on Friday night. Mind you the price is steep but when you can put together a dish and make everything fit together to complement the whole piece, you know you have a really good chef. Most usually use extra stuff for garnish where as here, every piece in the halibut dish really was brought nicely together.

Dinner doesn't get much better than this. The service was spot on with a very friendly staff. I had the naan and fish of the day, Alaskan black cod. The fish was cooked perfectly. I'm sorry I am leaving Bozeman in the morning and won't be able to come back again.

Got the chicken curry along with the naan bread with garlic on it and was absolutely delicious together. I also got the potato samosa and was pretty good as well. Would highly recommend to those who love Indian food.

The ambiance, presentation, and thoughtful and excellent staff, plus the amazing food make this a must for anyone in Bozeman to experience! I am only sorry that we live in another state as this is the best Indian food I have had anywhere.

The food we had this evening was incredible. From the appetizers to our main dish. We had beef vindaloo, butter chicken curry, mushroom vindaloo buns, and Vegetarian Thali. The service was great, and would definitely go back.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the service to the atmosphere, to the local ingredients, everything about this place is absolutely exquisite. Our first visit was for our wedding anniversary and since then we have brought all of our friends here when they come to visit. The commitment to utilizing local ingredients is commendable. You never feel rushed, and it truly feels like you are in a guests at home kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Amazing. Flavor extravaganza with every bite. A lovely long dinner for a special night out. Chicken curry brings a steady layer of heat. Meat Lovers delight is, well, pure meaty delight. Samosas are salty and delicious. Bozeman is lucky to have a restaurant with flavor and style like this.

Everytime we come here we leave happy and full. Fresh creative flavors, we have consistently had great food here, whatever we order, although we are partial to the eggplant chaat and the fish special. Anytime they have a scallop special is time to go dine as well!

This by far my favorite restaurant! It has never disappointed me. Their Butter Chicken Curry and Mama's Chicken Curry are my favorites. The Naan bread is just amazing! Love this place.

My partner Sam and I love Saffron Table. It's one of only a couple of restaurants in Bozeman we truly consider first-rate in every aspect - food, service, atmosphere. Great place!

Who would have thought one of our favorite restaurants in Bozeman would turn out to be an Indian restaurant? We came back with my sister, a local foodie, and she was very impressed, too. Recommendations? For appetizers - the Crispy Paneer, Masala fries (yes fries!) and the Eggplant Chaat (to share). For entrees: Butter chicken curry and any lamb dish they are preparing that day. Service was friendly and attentive. Reservations recommended.

The aromas greeted us outside already. It was our first visit and everything was a good experience. The food was amazing, the presentation and service was superb. The final bill was reasonable too! A definite must visit again!

We were on a road trip and found you guys on Google Maps. Ofcourse the ratings were impressive however the service was out of world (Indian restaurants care about the food and not really the ambience). Amber and team, I’m sorry I didn catch everyone’s name were very friendly and made me feel like I was eating at home. I actually called a ToGo and was welcome to eat at the restaurant past their closing time. Ty Ty Namaste

If you are looking for good food, this is definitely one but if you are looking for authentic indian food, its kind of not. You can say its indian but if you have had Indian elsewhere you know this restaurant is not but we liked it. It was good in its own way. We felt price was a bit on the high end. Friendly and quick service.

Excellent Indian food served with a touch of class. Our waitress Brittany was excellent and made us feel right at home. I thoroughly enjoyed the lamb karma and my wife enjoyed the chef's scallop special. Every bite of all the food was delicious. The decor is exceptional restaurant is a real winner

Food was wonderful. Excellent flavors, a good but appropriate amount of heat. Very good quality, so the price reflects that reasonably. Good service. The space is a bit small, and they've crowded as many tables as possible in, so you will hear the conversations around you. Reservations recommended, because they get busy.

Absolutely amazing! Saffron Table was recommended by several people that I met while working a wellness event and I am so glad that they did! They told us to make a reservation as it is a super small spot that fills up fast most days of the week and I am so glad they did that as well! The food is out of this world good! My friend and I ordered their Saffron Table Vegetarian Thali that came with the choice of two curries plus either naan or rice. We picked their aloo gobi, which is roasted cauliflower and potatoes tossed in a tomato sauce with cumin, onion, and chili. And their butter paneer which was a buttery curry with tomato, cream, and lemon juice. Both came with delicious and savory sauces that were oh so good! I loved and wanted to keep eating every bite of them with the light and a hint of sweet garlic naan! I cannot wait to eat my leftovers tomorrow! Also the service and atmosphere were just amazing as well! The staff make you feel at home and the lighting and decorations just make you want to stay and chill all day eating garlic naan and sipping on wines from their great selection of whites, reds, sparklings, and beers. Definitely worth a stop or two while in Bozeman!

Spectacular experience. The atmosphere is amazing. Great food and friendly staff. One of the best restaurants if not the BEST restaurant in Bozeman. Would highly suggest the Beef Bryani or the Butter Chicken Curry.

This is a fantastic restaurant! Perhaps my favorite thing about it is all the vegetarian options. The menu included many different types of curries and chutneys. The only downside was that the seating is pretty close together. If you are planning on going, if suggest making a reservation as this place is popular.
