I am incredibly happy with my experience at this location! My fiancé’s birthday just recently passed and I decided to get him a Menchie’s Froyo cake. The manager who made the cake really showed her care into it and kept us in communication the entire time! This cake was very delicious and looked awesome. This will now be our go-to place for Froyo!

Menchies is addictive. I go a couple times a week and I am never disappointed. They have a fantastic selection of yogurt and toppings. Alysha is the best manager they have had since I started coming here a few years ago. The team is awesome, friendly and do an excellent job of keeping everything well stocked and super, spotless clean. She did a cake for me and it was so beautiful and everyone loved it. It is because of this consistency, that RL Menchies is the only restaurant I actually eat at outside of my own home. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I read some of the other reviews from other customers and I have to be honest I have never observed anything remotely close to what others claimed. It has never been dirty nor have they been on the phone or out of sight. Trust me, as a former restaurant manager and retail front end manager, I am very picky and know what excellence should look like. If thought for one second that it was dirty or the staff was disinterested, I would never go back.

Just moved here and decided to try Menchie’s for an after dinner treat! the kids were a little sad about the move so I figured this would cheer them up! and oh my gosh! what an amazing experience! the nicest worker, a girl with brown hair, on friday night has the best energy and greeted us as we walked through the door. The girl was very patient and kind as my kids ran around the store. The fro-yo was top tier and my kids had a blast drawing on the chalk board 10/10. A great experience and maybe a new tradition for the fam!
Love the flavors and toppings but the customer service is even better!! My son spilt a little and Presley was quick to offer to cleanup and not worry about it. Ensured that the experience and memory was great!! This is why we keep coming back.

We stopped on our way back home from our vacation. It was a great treat! Clean!! Cute atmosphere and out door patio. They offer all the add-ins in pre measured cups and gloves to wear to stay safe. Only wish one was closer to us.
It's my go-to place for frozen yogurt. There are lots of topping options that are usually fresh. I wanted something once that was all out and the girl working grabbed me more from the back which was nice. My only complaint is that sometimes if you go late the flavors run out.
Absolutely wonderful place! I love the fact that you can pour your own yogurt, making whatever combination you want, and then they charge you based on how heavy it is. I also like the idea of getting free frozen yogurt just for accumulating points. We just can't stop coming back.
Good place to go get weird ice cream and interesting toppings. At 60 cents an ounce, it's not a bad deal. I like to load up on gummy worms, so I end up around $5-$6 for my cup, but it's worth it to mix and match and create. Oh yeah, and they have little sample cups too.
Yum!! Very good frozen yogurt, and soooo so so many toppings! There are sample cups to try their new flavours and cost is by weight so you can choose all the light weight toppings. I go once a week when im here :D
Great place to bring the family. I'm not a fro-yo or ice cream type person, but they love it and have a good selection of flavors and toppings.
They have tables and high tops along with seating outside.

Amazing options from frozen yogurt choices to topping choices as well. Frozen Yogurt Flavors like Golden Oreo, Espresso Brownie, Chocolate, Vanilla, Salted Caramel, etc... Toppings range from Cookies, Sprinkles, Gummies Candies, Fruit, Fruit syrups, hot fudge, chocolate shell, caramel, etc.... Then you pay by weight!! Fantastic will come back again and again!!! 🍦🍧
