Excellent service during Friday night dinner. Our waitress, Danielle, was friendly and provided fast service. Their sweet tea is THE BEST! We got loaded tots as an appetizer and they were so good! My pulled pork and baby back ribs were awesome, and both my girls enjoyed their kid's meals. Good place for the whole family and inexpensive.

However I was extremely disappointed with my last purchase here. It was through Uber eats and everything else was great I was just shocked that I got such a small amount of banana pudding for 6 dollars. The banana pudding is amazing which is why you can relate to the disappointment.. 😮💨

Bella was one of the best waitresses we have had the pleasure of meeting. She was very attentive and professional with a wonderful demeanor. The food was excellent as always. The atmosphere was light and relaxing. The citrus wing sauce was awesome.i definitely recommend.
WOW! what a phenomenal restaurant. It’s been many years since we’ve had Sonny’s BBQ, so as we were driving through the area at random my family and I had to stop! Customer service is amazing and the food is delicious. Now that we came here, it was a great experience. I would have to say that Amber is AWESOME at what she does! She was very attentive, polite & helpful. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
Small complaint but the croutons weren't crunchy. The bbq is pretty good. We ain't talking Texas good. But decent for the prices.
My family and I always hit up Sonny’s when we are in town visiting family. Our last visit we got to enjoy the all you can eat chicken. The food was delicious as always and our server Danielle was awesome! She was very helpful and polite! We have had her once before and she has always given us great service!
I absolutely love this place, the food, the service, everything!!!! I eat here every weekend with my family, my go to meal is the "spring chicken". We always ask to be seated in Danielle's section! She's very knowledgeable about the menu and makes awesome suggestions! She never allows our glasses to get empty and if it's busy and taking longer than normal, she checks up on us and keeps us updated! Even if we didn't love the food so much, we would still go just to enjoy Danielle's service! But the restaurant and Danielle are both top notch!!!!
My meal tonight was a huge disappointment. Having tasted the new Cuban a couple weeks ago, I ordered one tonight. It was 2 pieces of bread (not the garlic bread as advertised), pulled pork, pickles and a slice of white cheese, that did NOR taste like Swiss. No mustard sauce of any kind!
My first bite told me it wasn't what I had tasted a few weeks ago but it wasn't until I had picked it all apart, did I figure out why!
Chalking it up to a new employee's honest mistake, but definitely not Sonny's usual.
My family loves this place! The food is always good, everyone is nice and friendly and we have never had bad service. We come here so much we have learned a few of the waitresses by name. We love Danielle, we get her a lot when we go in and she’s always friendly and upbeat. I like that she always suggests things or brings things up when you’re ordering that you might not think about. And you can’t beat their sweet tea!
The food and service at this location is top notch! Lisa at the door always greets us with southern hospitality getting us seated quickly. We love to sit with Kimmie when she is in, as she goes above and beyond for us. The customer service of the entire staff, and quality of the food is definitely something the management team can be proud of. Out of all the Sonny’s I’ve visited this is my favorite!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Danielle at Sonny's BBQ, and I cannot praise her enough. After not having good service from other Sonny's locations, my family and I decided to stop at the Bradenton location when we were visiting in the area.

Throughout the entire meal, Danielle displayed exemplary professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness. Not only was the service excellent, but Danielle also took the time to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. We don't have a Sonny's in my town so when I travel try to stop by. I have had the barbeque in the past (always great) but tonight I wanted a burger. If you order one of these, you'll be in for a treat. It was juicy and cooked to perfection. The sides were good too. My waitress was awesome. If fact all waitresses were working hard. I recommend Sonny's BBQ highly.
Came here cause our Sonny's closed down, and this by far was the best one we've been to. Pamela was our server and she was fantastic. Food was all hot and fresh and fantastic would drive the hour just to come here from port Charlotte.
We went in last weekend and had Danielle as our waitress. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, quickly navigated us through the menu, and just gave great quality customer service. Ribs were tasty and tender as was the rest of our food. We will definitely be back next time we visit the area!

Me and my work colleagues were in the other day for lunch. Our server Danielle was attentive and got our food out fast since we were on our lunch break! We had the new wings and they were amazing! we will be back thanks to good service and good food. Danielle was an A+ server!!!
