We love Panda Garden and it is one of our two go to places for Chinese. Usually it is out if this world good. The day we went it was a little disappointing for a Saturday when they usually have a good selection. The sushi was not as fresh as usual and the food was just regular instead of so good we can't stop eating even after we are full. I'd still recommend. Even our favorite spot can have an off day.

It is exactly what you think and you already know in your heart what you are getting yourself into. A fast buffet option, for a decent price, with mediocre food. The dessert buffet is amazing. Fresh blue bunny ice cream. Awesome for kids. Kid friendly. Service was great. There is a smell. All the descriptions in the reviews are pretty accurate about the unusual smell. It is isolated towards the bathrooms.

One of best Chinese Buffet places I have dried. Lots of sea food dishes, blue crab, shrimp and fish. Many other Asian dishes. Staff was friendly and attentive. Prices very reasonable. About $14 for weekend brunch. Restrooms could be a little cleaner.

Went to the Panda Buffett last night, with my sister from out-of-town, and one of my daughters. Overall, our experience was great. We went for dinner, around 7:00 pm. Were greeted and seated promptly, and water brought for my sister and daughter. (I don't drink any liquids with my meals.) The selection of buffet food was extensive. Not only were there a LOT of seafood selections, which my sister loved, but there were fries, chicken, sauteed mushrooms, and other "American" food. My sister and daughter made themselves salads from the well-stocked salad bar. I had some of their spinach/cheese dish, salmon, and stuffed mushrooms. My food was excellent. I don't eat most seafood, with the rare exception of homemade crab cakes once in a long while, so I was glad to see the salmon. It was moist, flaky, and delicious! That being said, I would like to have seen a bit more friendliness on the part of the staff, and had to request knives, as we were only given a fork and a spoon. The knives had some "residue" on them, but I cleaned them up with some of my daughter's water, and napkins. My sister tried every different shrimp dish they had on the buffet, said her salad was good, and enjoyed her meal. My daughter tried the peanut chicken, some salmon, and several other things. She also got dessert, and seemed to like everything she chose. Synopsis - the food was great, and I would return.

We went mid afternoon. They were not quick at keeping the buffet filled but that's understandable given the time of day. The food that I did have was very flavorful and good quality.

The best buffet on Manatee Ave. Always something for everyone. Love the sushi bar! Once again the bathrooms were very clean.

Your ordinary chinese buffet. I ate here twice on my vacation a few years back and I have no complaints. If I ever made my way back to Anna Maria, I would for sure think about stopping back.

Food was decent, some of it cold I use to come here all the time but have recently slowed down on it. It’s not as good as it use to be.

Very good American style Chinese food. Unfortunately there was a terrible smell in the restaurant- might have just been the seafood.

Ordered in and even know I just stop to pickup the food the lady at the counter was so nice and we had a great chat. By the way the peanut butter chicken was amazing. This has got to be a must stop when your in the bradington area.
