Excellent food- be prepared for slow service- waitresses are very chatty.. family restaurant
The women who work here (and Jay) are AMAZING. Jodie and Jackie always remember my dad and I, as well as my mum. They remember our usual table and our orders. Their food is delicious, I always get the California Benedict. I also get their toffee or white chocolate raspberry frappe. They’re to die for! Whenever we come here for breakfast, it is quiet and peaceful. The service is super quick, and everyone who stops in is super kind. I love this spot and I look forward to continuously coming back. Thank you for everyone who works here! :)
Both the food, coffee, and shakes seemed very fresh and tasted great. There are a lot of creative options on the menu not found at a typical diner. Service was also fantastic, would definitely love to come back and try more.
My husband and I love this place! Great service and yummy food with lots of variety. The owner is very friendly as well! It's not been busy whenever we've gone, but we hope to see this place get some more love because it deserves it! Give it a try!
The food was good the service was above reproach... I had a beautiful server named Jodi , and although I was having a bad day, by the time I left there I was smiling, my heart felt lifted and peace came upon me,she was truly not only a waitress but definitely someone who is well respected in my book to be among the people and serve them as people on an individual basis if she had a medical degree I would totally recommend her to be a doctor/ spiritual therapist, so I wanted to thank you the tip I gave you was not only in gratitude of your service but of your kindness and humanitarian and in my book anyone would be lucky to have you as a friend, so the tip doesn't even cover what you gave me back !!!God Bless
5th season is breakfast and lunch comfort food. I had breakfast and enjoyed what I ordered. I ordered a simple breakfast Two eggs over medium, 2-4oz pork chops, English muffin, breakfast potatoe and a side of sausage. It was cooked correctly and the plate only took 10 minutes to arrive. The menu is huge they offer crepes, several egg benedict's, waffles, pancakes, omelets...the list goes on and on. I didn't look at the lunch menu. They have four beers on tap, coke products. I went at 10:30am so it was slow. The news was on the TV. It was clean and there is plenty of parking. Nothing was over the top, but I got exactly what I walked in the door for.
Great experience. Good menu options and the staff was friendly and prompt. Our food was fresh and had good portions. Definitely coming back
We decided to give this place a try as we constantly look for good places with a variety of items beyond shrimp and fish. We were a bit nervous seeing some of the reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised. The service was above and beyond. You literally couldn’t ask for better service. There were a ton of food choices. We decided to have steaks. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back and look forward to it.
I've come here multiple times with my grandparents and not only is the food absolutely amazing, the owner, Mr. J, is incredibly kind and attentive and even remembered my name after a year of not seeing me! With a huge menu and tons of options, everything is delicious! Their yakisoba especially. So cozy and everyone is extremely kind. Can't say enough good things :)
I have visited several times for breakfast. The food is excellent and not the run of the mill.
The service is however slow. I have mostly been in groups of 6 to 8, which may account for the slow service. I personally feel the wait is worth it. Others in my party who have ordered other items have not been as impressed with their choices.
The Florentine Quiche is oh so good! Moist and the blending of flavors perfect.
The skillet I tried was a real winner.
The potatoes are my husbands favorite.
