This dunkin location is probably one of the best. Latisha and staff were super helpful when I ran into an issue with a card. On top of that the drinks that were made for us that very same day were great !! Again thank you to everyone working on 9/27/23! ❤️😊
The lady took care of me is very professional she got my order correctly and my coffee not a problem Duncan is the way to go
Can't go wrong with coffee and donuts. Cashier was nice. Store was clean. Made a quick stop before heading out on my road trip.
The young lady that helped me was kind and very patient.
Although there seemed there was only 2 working at the time, counter plus drive-thru, my order was filled quickly and 100% perfect. Give 'em a raise!
The mgr. was awesome. I used my mobile @ another location that didn't have match, then accidentally ordered 2 here. She gave me a large & they were closing, so she gave me 8 donuts. I never had that happen b4, but normally don't go 2 DD @ 8 pm. Lol

Staff is always pleasant ! Received wrong drink that was supposed to be sugar free but wasn't. They always run out of donuts so we never get our first choice.. the manager remade drink as soon as she was notified of problem. I love that I have been getting coupons in mail. Drive through line move quickly.
Never any complaints for D&D. The people that work at this location and the one on Cortez are awesome. 98% of the time my coffee is on point and anytime the 2% mess up they generally fix my order free of charge. Great customer service to both locations.
