Last night I ordered a pizza to be delivered from my mobile app using the free points I had. When I submitted the order it defaulted to carry out so I called the store and the lady that answered the phone said they had no driver so I asked that they cancel the order. I went in to the app today to

The pizza was almost perfect, they forgot my extra sauce.
When I order a pizza, they say 20 minutes. I get in my car and it's ready when I get there, and I don't live far away. The one thing that's nice, is that some times I can use an old code, and they honor it. The people are nice and cheerful at the drive up window.

It seems we like to have a pizza dinner just about once a week. Pizza hut always pulls through for us. We have our favorites and love the consistency of the pizza from store to store as we travel a lot. Rarely disappoints, love the app so we can order ahead.
Manager here is the best when there is a problem it gets fixed I really like this location. Consistency of service is why I keep giving them my money... even if something gets messed up they are quick to correct it with no attitude or frustration.
