Definitely having problems with the employees behind the counter! Shouldn't be so loud & vocal about.it when customers are standing right there! Our order was perfect. But while we were standing waiting for our order, 2 other customers returned to the counter with problems with their order.
Some New management, hopefully can improve incompetence of staff that old management just didn't care about. Ordered off broiler got asked to park no issues didn't want to hold up line. Day crew is nicer then nights and better food quality. I understand there on a timer as well
Haven't been to Burger King in a while and I really liked my double whopper. So did my boys, they thought the fries were definitely better than McDonald's. The drive through lady was very nice. I had a good experience.
A couple months ago I would have gave it 1 star with poor customer service and attitudes from managers to regular employees but that has changed because of one worker. Delores. She has a great attitude and is very friendly everytime we go there and is patient when taking your order. Doesn't rush you like some. She is as asset and i hope she gets recognized as one!!!
Haven't been to a Burger King in ages but had a want for a Whopper, so what's a girl to do? Anyway, got what a ordered, it was good, fast and everything you expect from fast food. I will say the fries are so much better then McDonald's. If you haven't had them for a while, give them a try again. Worth it.

First time at this location, older building, older equipment, but very friendly and courteous staff. I felt so welcomed when I walked into the restaurant that I will definitely go back there. The server even came over to ask how we were doing.

This Burger King is nice. The staff is always super patient with my (sometimes annoyingly) independent 4 year old. I do wish they had better vegetarian options but I can make do.
It's not often that I leave reviews... I've loved Burger King for a long time and have been to hundreds across the country. There's a new girl at the drive-thru window who has a fantastic smile and continually provides excellent service, she also seems genuine about her work and the speed with which she does it. Just this fact alone puts it head and shoulders above pretty much every other location but it's also a key reason why I would continue to patronize this particular spot. As a more general rule though, anyone would be crazy to choose McDonald's over Burger King because McDonald's lines are always ten times longer and 100 times slower, and for what? Food that is more expensive? BK has the deals on wheels, guy. Long live the king!

The best BK in a long time!!! They actually listened to my order and got it right which is hard to do. All of the food tasted hot and fresh and the server was very friendly!
Spent maybe all of 5 minutes in the drive thru which was just enough time to catch a shiny Minun so double bonus, was real nice not having to wait in that heat
THIS RESTAURANT ICE CREAM IS THE BEST OTHER THAN THAT, UMMMMMM, NO!! I NEVER WANT ANOTHER BURGER FROM HERE EVER, MY LAST WAS COLD AS HELL, DIDN'T HAVE EVERYTHING IT SUPPOSED TOO HAVE ON IT, AND THE WOMAN MANAGER IS NOT A GOOD, BUT A SORRY, POOR MANAGER!!!
Fast drive through. Order is always correct. They've really improved. When dining in, very courteous service and clean.
