Nice juicy burger and the fries cajun style quite good. The little fries itself feels like large size. Cons the price slightly expensive for the type of restaurant and the service is kind of slow I felt.

Hadn't been in years! Overpriced double cheeseburger almost $10.00 fries almost $4.00 Shake $6.00. with tax About $22.00! Not worth it. I make a 1/2 pound Waygu cheeseburger ten times better!

Why is it so HOT in this restaurant!!! That’s ridiculous, I came to sit and eat and I had to eat in my car! Those poor employees are back there literally sweating! How do you treat not only your employees but paid customers!! Smh

Fresh, juicy, tasty, clean. All you would expect from a Five Guys.
Had the bacon cheeseburger, it was great, had enough cheese to actually taste like a cheeseburger, the patties were perfectly cooked. Very satisfied. Only thing that could be improved in my opinion is toasting the buns to add some crunch and protect the bread from the juicy patties.

I walked in late with my brother and the staff was super friendly! The man who seemed to be in charge was being extremely kind and made sure we got everything we needed. The reviews saying that the staff is slow have little patience considering the staff makes the food on the spot .

The majority of the time I order from here, I order online for pickup. The only issue is, I could place my order before my flight takes off in Los Angeles, fly to boston, wait for my luggage and drive from logan to this restaurant and my order still wouldn't be ready.
Also after you wait 10 min for your food you have remind them to make your milkshake. They have never once made the milkshake with the order. You always have to remind/ask someone to make it.
I don't think it is a product of the staff but more of their system where they don't start cooking it until you get there. If i say i'm going to be there at 7:30 to get my order it's my own fault if i'm late and my food is cold.
Food has always been good here.

Very standard Five Guys location. The restaurant itself could have been much cleaner than it was. Prices for food at Five Guys have steadily gone up, but the quality has remained the same. You do still get an exorbitant amount of fries, even with the smallest order size available. This location has the soda/juice mixology stations.
