We went there with our son to celebrate his graduation. The food was great but the portions weren’t enough. We went for a late lunch so it wasn’t busy but still looked understaffed. Our waitress was very friendly but looked exhausted. There is plenty of parking.

Love this place but the last two times I ordered. I asked for no sauce and they put it in there. I have an egg allergy so it's a big deal if they put it in because sometimes it's leaking out the container. I had to throw away half my fries because of that.
Update 2022- I dined in, it was nice. NOT alot of people due to covid. But my waitress had to tend the bar and wait the tables it was alot for her I would think. But she did a good job.

The experience is subpar at best. This is a typically corporate restaurant where the workers don’t care about your experience and the quality food is rancid at best. No one wants to help you and no one cares from the management to the hostess. It is unfortunate in this day and age that there is such poor service.

Terrible service! I was here with my family on 06/20/22. We mostly ordered cheeses burgers. Food Along with services was just awful. We were seated for seven people, and our waitress forgot we were there; she did not ask how our food was or offer to refill our Drinks once. We come here all the time, and this is the last time.
We were here for dinner at around 6:30 pm.

This is my first time at this location and only second time eating at Chili’s. I got curbside and ordered online. The online order system was easy to navigate and I like the option to pay upon arrival as I’ve seen others that require a credit or gift card. I recently had foot surgery so it was nice to have the curbside delivery so I didn’t get my walking boot wet. The young person that brought my food out was pleasant, despite it raining. I took a chance not checking the bag in the parking lot, but was not disappointed. The team seemed to anticipate several key points to takeout packaging. I got the 3-For-Me deal with a lemonade, dip trio, and Cajun Chicken Pasta. I like that the lemonade was in a 20 oz cup, nice value points. I choose two quesos and salsa for the dip trio, which was not disappointing, but not a highlight of the meal. I will try a different option next time. The pasta was a hit though! I requested extra alfredo suace, which they put in a dish, rather than directly onto the pasta, which I was really happy about because I used most of it to dip the delicious garlic bread into. I will come back again just for that garlic bread! I also got Southwestern Eggrolls, which were really good as well. Lastly, I got the Molten Chocolate Cake. I was happy to see that it had not yet been heated and that the ice cream and caramel were each packaged separately. I am so full from the dinner that I have not eaten it yet, but it felt nice and moist and had a huge chuck of melting chocolate in the middle. Might have it for lunch tomorrow! Thank you Braintree crew for preparing this wonderful dinner for me this evening. You have gained a regular customer tonight. See you soon to dine in and try some drinks!

Food is pretty consistent but service is hit or miss. Had a waitress the other afternoon, she had 4 tables including ours. Waiting tables is a tough job I know bc I've done it. However, she couldn't have cared less. It was bad, like BAD. I'll say no more bc it's tough out there now and I understand restaurants are thirsty for workers, but they should be a little more selective about the people they hire.

Worst meal and service I e had in a long time. Normally I don’t write reviews but felt it was necessary. We arrived for lunch today, restaurant wasn’t crowded but waited to be seated. There was 3 of us, my wife, son and myself. We waited 10 minutes before our server came over, we put in order on for chips, salsa and queso, we also put our meal order in at the same time.
20 minutes went by before our server brought out chips and salsa.
It was another 35 minutes before our food came out. A different server brought my sandwich with no fries and my sons Buffalo tenders with no fries, my wife’s chicken fajitas didn’t come out. Server then brings the fries still no fajitas. 10 minutes later fajitas come out with no tortillas or the sides to make them. Another 10 minutes went by before tortillas came out and sides.
Server at no time asked if we needed drinks or asked about anything.
Buffalo sandwich I got probably was the saltiest sandwich I’ve ever had.
At this point we asked for the check and left.
Might I add, the bathrooms in this place were gross.
If you’re in Braintree go somewhere else and don’t waste your money at this Chilis.
