This restaurant is AMAZING! The service, food quality, cleanliness, the staff... They are all extraordinary! Everytime we eat in there, we leave with a big smile and fully satisfied stomach š If you are not sure what to eat, just get the Chicago style classic deep dish pizza, you won't be regretted š The dessert selection is great. The staff is so friendly and energetic. They also offered me to get the UNO app and I got rewarded with free pizza! š I love eating in UNO! My go-to place of all times! I have too say that services was good the waitress check every few minutes to make sure . I had everything. For my apitizer in had the crab and shrimp dip I was good the Bread was toasted just right. I also had the rattle snake pasta it had just enough kick to it

This place is the BEST in south shore. Excellent food, Drink is amazing and bartenders/manager is very friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience overall. We visited on a Tuesday night, it wasnāt crowded. We were seated quickly. Our server was great, she brought orders timely and checked on us during the course. Pizza we ordered were fresh and delicious. Thin crust pizza here arenāt as thin as you get in dominos, they are more like regular crust.

We ordered a large cheese pizza and a Caesar salad. The pizza was amazing! Better then expected actually, I don't know if it was the sauce or the cheese but the taste was very different and better then other pizzas I've had I will definitely be coming back. The Caesar salad was also very tasty a bit pricey but it was a very nice portion and not small at all. This is my first time coming to Unos and I am very impressed.

The food is not bad. The fries are super good chicken tenders are not bad. But the utensils are super dirty. The napkins had stains on them and you can feel dirty stuff on the plate. Also the forks knives had dirty stuff. Donāt go there just get takeout also there is no one at the front desk. We went in and waited for 10 minutes then had to wait another 20 minutes when we got back. And the tables were sticky.

I have to give it a 2 stars because my friend threw up while we were heading somewhere but then after I ended up throwing up after going back home. I got food poisoning I think from the Shirley Temple. I tasted off and not like the other Shirley Temples I had. The food was good over all but not the Shirley Temple. Might not go back there again and order the drink again.

While I've had some good meals at Uno's over the years, my last one definitely was not. I don't recommend their baked haddock or brussel sprouts...both were extremely dry. Normally, I'd order pizza or a pasta dish but I was trying to eat a little healthier. Hubby did not want me to complain (he's a chef) but I did tell the waitress to let the chef know when she gave us the check. ļæ½

The food was just okay. Personal pizza crust was very dry and crumbly. The sauce was very sweet. Service was just okay. We had a coupon for $10 off $20 in food, so thatās what prompted me to go. Prior visit to UNOs was 15 years ago. Probably wonāt go back for a while. It was just okay

The past year my cousin and Iāve as our go to place before the movies , food has always been good love the shrimp and crab dip ! Buff chic Mac and cheese amazing as well never had a problem with any of the servers , only giving it a 3 due to the server this past Friday 1/26/18, she was a nice and good only problem was she was drunk , she seem to be buzzed and was 1 or 2 shots away from being shattered , you could smell the alchol
Off her breath and best part was when she was trying to show us how to use the kiosk to pay she kept hitting the wrong buttons and speech was slurring ! We did let a mgr know as we were leaving

Management does not treat servers with respect what-so-ever! My experience was absolutely horrid but the fact that a girl got attacked on UNO's property and they did NOTHING about it. Awful. AWFUL place. SO SO dirty in there. Dishes were never properly washed. Kitchen was filthy, now the place has a cockroach infestation??? Shut the place down or get new management.

Went to pizzeria uno because I had a nice coupon for 25% off the bill. I ordered GF pizza which mistakenly came out as non GF. That's ok, it happens. But because I had to wait for a new one to come out, the manager very graciously comped my pizza. The GF pizza was delicious, drink prices and side salad prices are reasonable, and they even have 1/2 size desserts! I definitely recommend Pizzeria Uno!

I am very disappointed with the food & Management tonight! We were there for 2 hours & my 11 year old never got to eat.. He literally ate his brother's 1/2 eaten food! Brand new waiter (a SWEETHEART) & 2 of the 4 meals were wrong.. It happens.. Turns out it was the cooks fault.. Manager tried to excuse it, we let it go.. Waiter comes back upset cause 20 minutes later & they still hadn't put my sons new burger on the grill.. He said he was going to get the manager & then comes back & says she refuses to talk to us (we didn't even ask for her)).. I was so livid I paid the bill (not wanting the waiter to get stuck with it) & gave him a very hefty tip & stormed out.!!!

The cook is a bitch, management doesnāt give a f***, and they have a huge cockroach infestation. If you like finding them in your pizza skins, highly recommend then. The place smells like piss, especially the bar. If you want to leave within 2 hours and enjoy a nice hot meal (without roach carcasses), you should probably go somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Bar was was dirty not busy took bartender 20 mins before greeting us and taking our drinks. We had someone elseās dirty plates etc in front of us because every other seat was empty but dirty too. After he moved the dirty dishes from customer before us he just brushed away the crumbs with his hand, didnāt wash the counter or anything. Food came out and the tenders where not what we wanted. Lousy experience and to top it off he was asking other customers how to make drinks.

Went with my three kids. Service was good. Food was great. It took an extremely long time to get my bill. The manager gave me my bill and charged it for me. It wasnāt terribly busy when I was there.
