Once again the experience was so great I went back again. Not expecting the same service as my first because it was that good. This time was no different. Staff is truly courteous, friendly and out going. They truly are well organized and polite. The bartender once again was on her toes and ready to serve with a smile and conversation. The hostess did not let me down either. She remembered me from before and I didn’t have to remind her of extra dressing and how I prefer me food, she remembered it all! Thanks again for a great experience 2 weeks later! Great friendly staff! I even bought raffle tickets and was please to do so! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make it a pleasure in dining with them!

Antonio the server was so nice, accommodating, patient with us. It was the 1st time we've eaten out in months! It was clean, easy to order and food was quick. All the food was brought out in takeout containers and tables were sanitized often. Would definitely eat there again when visiting the mall.

I love the 99. It's one of my favorite go-to restaurants that I can depend on. My absolute favorite is the Gold Fever boneless wings. The balsamic grilled chicken, is also very delicious. Food is consistently always good. I would recommend it to anyone. They have great desserts if you like dessert as well.

My experience was less than pleasant! Service was not up to part and 3 out of 5 meals were incorrect. The solution was to take off what I did not ask for and bring me back the same plate after I specifically asked for no bacon. I could have done that myself. Needless to say I did not eat my meal but was charged

This is like one of my favorite places to eat. Good size portions for good prices. Across from mall has its own parking lot good location. Some locations r better then others service wise but overall enjoy this chain of restaurants. I recommend the Refreshers sweet drinks has good balance of sweetness and lime. Does have ramp for people who have trouble with stairs.

That's always a good quantity of decent food. I enjoy the Southwest Burger. And they have some pretty great desserts. Service was good. And of course that varies from restaurant to restaurant. But in General you get good quantity decent quality and service

Food was serviceable, fries seems like they had been sitting too long, server was nice but forgot a few things...the main issue that I found two hairs in my dinner. I took a star off for each one. I chose not wish to bring attention to the issue as to not alert other diners, but I'm definitely taking some stars off for that. So...food is ok, service was ok, but sanitary level fell well short for sure.

I love this place! The food is awesome, the bar tender makes great drinks, and the service is wonderful! We’ll be back for some awesome margaritas !!!! ���� FYI their broiled steak tips are amazing!!!
