I had the greatest experience with the manager Kathy today! She was very helpful and even told me about a great deal where you can get an extra large instead of a large for 2 extra dollars! Overall, a lovely experience and I will definitely grab food from here again!
The Papa Gino’s in Braintree is hands down the best in the area. I live in Quincy and my mom lives in Brockton. I go out of my way to order her pizza at this location. If the time says 15 minutes, your pizza will be ready in exactly 15 minutes not like other locations that say 15 minutes and 1/2 hou
I have been going to Papa Gino's for many years and I was pleasantly surprised when I went into the Braintree location for the first time after changing jobs to see Kathy behind the counter! I used to see Kathy regularly at the Hanover location before it closed. I hadn't seen her for nearly 5 years

They make the best steak and cheese. But makes sure you get American cheese. They put provolone cheese and it’s nasty. I didn’t ask you that cheese.
