Ask for fresh pretzels and they start (coincidentally) speaking in another language as if its to complain about me/my request. Then I wait for 10 minutes only to still be sneakily given the colder pretzels that I specifically did not ask for...they should be ashamed.

Were a little slow with the cash register but things happen. The food was great and the staff was lovely.

Two words: food poisoning. It took me a full 72 hours to recover from the nightmare the food from this place put me thru. I have literally never been so sick in my whole life. I didn't eat anything weird. An original pretzel, a sealed mustard packet, and a blue raspberry lemonade. 30 minutes later I was in such pain and gastrointestinal distress I was actually scared. The only thing I can imagine is that this place is dirty, or one of the employees is dirty. Horrific experience. I will NEVER go to an Auntie Anne's ever again. There is no way this would have happened if they were clean and storing their food properly. BEWARE.
