Drive Thru Order Taker was very rude and kept rushing my order, telling me to drive up when I wasn’t finished ordering. Guy at the window, said the price and not a word after, zero customer service skills. I ordered food AND drinks. How do you forget to give me napkins AND straws? Make it make sense
Food was fresh and tasty. Coffee nice and hot. Repairs being done inside while ordering food, but, staff handled well.
One person behind counter was good the other didn't get the order right until it was repeated to her 3 times 2 of those by the other employee and when asked if she understood she said yes but still got it wrong and was corrected a third time by customer
