Drive Thru Order Taker was very rude and kept rushing my order, telling me to drive up when I wasn’t finished ordering. Guy at the window, said the price and not a word after, zero customer service skills. I ordered food AND drinks. How do you forget to give me napkins AND straws? Make it make sense.
I’ve worked for Dunkin’ before (not this location) & I know how a rush feels, I know how it feels to be understaffed during one, and never was I purposely an a*hole to customers even on my bad days, that’s what customer service is. Fake it till you make it. But really, disappointed.

Food was fresh and tasty. Coffee nice and hot. Repairs being done inside while ordering food, but, staff handled well.

One person behind counter was good the other didn't get the order right until it was repeated to her 3 times 2 of those by the other employee and when asked if she understood she said yes but still got it wrong and was corrected a third time by customer

Prices on rise coffee ☕ same as last year's prices must be the lard price of the donuts but that can't be right as the donuts are smaller. Someone said prices are going up so they went up.

Nothing like waiting in line at the drive through, struggling to listen to the speaker because it's too quiet only to find out they don't serve sandwiches. I order 2 donuts and they get that wrong. On top of that they are placed face down so the frosting smears to the bag...

I have had so many problems with one worker who constantly rude to me. Tall white girl always wearing a visor. She rolls her eyes and has an attitude every time i walk in. She purposely gets my order wrong all the time. Also didn't close my lid a few months ago burning my whole arm. She should not work here. i am calling corporate now because i had enough. and will no longer come to this location.
