This restaurant by far exceeded our expectations in terms of service and food expectations. Bailey was our waitress and was an exceptional example of a what exceptional customer service should be. She was knowledgeable and always on top of our needs. Never had to ask once for our drinks to be filled

Was not my best experience. My shrimp in my pasta had shells on it. My partners meal has mushrooms, though we requested non. Will give them another chance but the other two locations have been better. Our waitress was great though.

Food and service was delightful. The crabcakes were delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the fish could've used a little more season and the linguini was very salty. Our waiter (Ronnie) was fantastic and I loved the way all of the wait staff work together to make sure you have a pleasant experience.

Wow! Living in the Midwest I don't get seafood this fresh and Shells doesn't disappoint! Our server Bailey, is friendly and personable.
