The food was amazing! Corn beef hash was incredible. The biscuits and gravy we’re out of this world. My server was Angela, the nicest funniest woman, best server I’ve ever had! Definitely will be coming back
Amazing food and great staff! Very clean environment and the manager stopped by all the tables to see how everything was. They also have very reasonable prices and you get a lot of food. I would highly recommend this place and will be visiting in the future.

As we surprised the diner with a group of 11 people showing up at opening time, I was very pleased with the great service. The breakfast was all served hot and delicious. We had a variety of items and it was all great. This was a family gathering as we seperated to go on our seperate ways after my granddaughters wedding. We had family there from Tampa, and Jacksonville, Fla., New york, Washington state and France. Thank you for your great service. Patsy from Blaine, Washington.

Service was excellent and attentive. I ordered the Country Benedict (2 eggs any style, biscuits with sausage patties smothered in sausage gravy) and a side of corned beef hash. The gravy was on point. I ordered the eggs poached, and they were cooked to PERFECTION! The hash was also delicious. The coffee was a nicely balanced roast. I will definitely be back.

I popped in for a quick lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I had a generous portion of biscuits and gravy that was great. Nice ownership as well. I wish them continued success!

We used to visit another local diner frequently but this has quickly become our favorite place . Strong coffee, creamy grits , and plenty of food. I usually order a scrambled egg wrap and my husband loves country fried steak and eggs.

My husband, mom, and mother-in-love had the absolute BEST lunch and experience yesterday!!! The soup was so delicious, and honestly, I should have ordered some to-go because all we’ve done is craved it ever since! The sandwiches and fries were fresh, delicious, and truly tasted to perfection. I was very pleased with the polite, attentive, and quick service! I look forward to going back for breakfast and becoming a ‘regular’ of this great place. Brandon/Valrico area needed a cute little diner like this, and the best part is the genuinely kind owner. It shows how much he cares about his guests and their experience!!!
I really enjoyed Wooden Spoon. Staff is very friendly, food and prices were decent. Creative menu. The breakfast food was not super tasty the first time I went but I went back a second time and had the crab cake Benedict!!!!!. It was delicious!!!!!!A must try!
They have mimosas but FYI they are not bottomless on the weekends. Only M-F.. I have attached a few pictures of my meal. I believe with 3 mimosas and a boat load of food, my visit came to $30.
(SN: If I could change one thing it would be the front door. Weird I know but when someone comes in the door it slams. It is sooo annoying! )
Hidden Gem Alert!! Love how family owned cafe diners still exist! Service was friendly from the time we walked in until the time we cashed out and left. Had an amazing brunch before I dropped my significant other off at the airport.I recommend checking out, if in the area!
Great little breakfast and lunch place in Valrico. I got a simple sunny side-up egg, toast and grits but it was yummy. My dearest got the Crab Benedict on sausage patties and buttered english muffins smothered in Hollandaise sauce. It was decadence for less than 15 bucks. Our server, Kassandrea, was absolutely lovely. Friendly, funny, and extremely attentive. Definitely will return to see what they can do with lunch!
I looked up the best place to have breakfast in Tampa and this place was recommended. This cinnamon roll pancake was heavenly. It was absolutely delicious. The bacon was ok but the mimosa and the coffee were excellent. Service was very friendly and fast. I went by myself but felt very comfortable. It is one of the best places to have a excellent breakfast.
Delicious food, friendly service, great atmosphere! Can't recommend enough! We ate breakfast here and we were so impressed with the service and delicious food! Mitch was our server and was friendly and helpful. We got the specials - Philly Cheesesteak omelet and the key lime French toast. They were both amazing!
