Was yelled at for going up to the rapid pick up station to pick up my order. If you don't want customers to go near an employee only area, then move the rapid pickup out of that area like they have in other Panera locations. Other option is to move the rapid pickup to a more obvious employee only

Healthy food and very friendly and professional staff. This location is inside Westfield Brandon mall and has a nice seating area and outdoor view. Only thing is they close by 8 pm which seems a bit early for a happening place like the mall.

The worst experience I have ever had from this place. I couldn't believe it. The broccoli for the bread bowl was overcooked. They added a garlic spread on my chicken sandwich when I said no garlic spread but with MAYO on the side.
