This location is consistently disappointing. Knowing it is inside the mall, expectations are already set lower than typical, and yet this location still falls short. Consistently undersized portions. Consistently overcooked meat. This time, the fajita veggies were burnt. Not over done. Burnt. Charred. I get pushing product but to knowing serve burned charred food is unacceptable. Its even worse when it is mixed in with the rest of your meal so most of it just crumbles and can't be picked out.

Horrible customer service. They ran out of sour cream, and when I asked if they would sub with guac, the girl working the line wanted to charge extra and didn't see why they should sub without charging. She couldn't roll a burrito to save her life and was rude and snobby. When I asked for napkins was told they were out of forks, spoons and napkins, even though there were napkins clearly available in the restock shelf. This place is on a roll for Chipotle of the year.

I am furious..... I visited chipotle this morning at 10:32am only to be told that the store doesn't open until 11am. I decided to wait. At 10:45 I saw a customer retrieving her order, Once she left I went up to the counter and addressed the matter. The same gentleman explained that she had an online order, this is not how you all should operate with misleading information from employees.

Waited 45 minutes, plenty of employees on the line but it still took forever, left with a burrito that was not worth the wait. My first & last time for Chocolate Mexican Grill!

The girl who helped me was rude and didn't prepare our food as we requested, and when I said something to her, about it she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Being ignored as a customer on food preparation feels awful 😞. We will not be going back. Manager did try to correct the issue, but we did not walk away feeling any better.

Your associates working today clearly cannot read. I ordered two bowls and they just decided what they wanted in them i guess.. both bowls were intermixed with ingredients from both bowls. I paid extra to get chicken AND steak, only got steak.. It blows my mind since its physically typed on the order .. you just have to READ it .. unsure why i even came to this location..

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Beans and meat were dry. Look liked they had been sitting out for hours. Asked them to make me fresh steak fot three bowls and they had an attitude. Since there wasnt enough left in bottom of pan to make 3 bowls . I said forget it then and then an employee walks over and says ok we can make more. I sure had hope so. Food deserves lower than an f and so does customer service!! Terrible!!!!!

Ordered online at wrong restaurant... called to see if order was there and Daniel answered the phone, after confirming it was there, I asked how do I either transfer or obtain a refund bc I am not able to go there... he told me that I can come in for the refund and no transfers. .. I'm ok with the answer, what I'm not ok with is how dismissive he was to my problem... chipotle makes online ordering to help their customers, not so we can get rude answers and zero alternatives other than physically coming in... I'm going to make an attempt to come in tomorrow hopefully someone there will help me
