Employee wouldn’t speak to me without a mask on even though they were behind plexi-glass. Florida does not have a mask mandate so their posts about mask requirements are a lie. Not to mention, there is no such thing as asymptomatic carriers.

I waited for 30 minutes for a medium mocha Frappuccino I ask kindly Johnathan how long more on my order and he started screaming at me in front of more then 20 people and told me to get a refund if I didn’t want to wait longer. After people saw this happening they ask for refund also.
This location doesn’t update their product availability on the app like every other store does. I upload money on my app so I can get stars, I ordered and paid using my app and came to pick up what I had purchased. Only to find out that it was out of stock. Had to waite 15 minutes for one coffee and they ran out of ice last week and I think I was over charged for a small regaler coffee with cream and sugar I was charged 4.00 for the coffee
