I don’t know where to start but the short comings here are a list too long. I get wanting to rate a place with good employees 5-star but good employees cannot make up for poor quality food, forgotten foods, low quality of sugar replacement options, and proportion sizes. Bad enough I drive 30 minutes

Went with my brother and I am very picky when it comes to smoothies. It was sad they were out of some things so it was difficult to get a good smoothie but the staff were very kind.

Such great Service. They were really fast and they made my smoothie Perfect And also my chicken bacon ranch . 5 star for me

Tropical smoothie café is one of my favorite places to go I was so happy to know there is a new location in the Bloomingdale area I ordered online and picked up a bit and had to wait in line the only thing is the employee seem kind a bored and not that outgoing. Other than that my smoothie was great

I love this place, the smoothies are so good as well as the food. But the last couple times I’ve ordered pickup, the food was either missing something or had something on it that I had requested not to have. Today I picked up food and and was missing two things that I payed for.
