Love the pretzels, they are delicious! Only reason for 3 stars is because they close when they take breaks. I drove there at 9:45p.m. for pretzels and the girl told me she was closed until 10:15 for break. I thought that was a little weird to just close the place.
1st off, that sneeze comment sounds made up. 2ndly, the almond pretzels are super tasty. So tasty, I'd eat it maybe even sneezed on, if it was the last one. But I don't think the dude that makes them would let me, he seems to have too much integrity & pride in his product.
this place is only good when the guy works. my 3 year old is obsessed with this place and anytime I go when he's not there the food is awefu l! I asked if they had bites and she just said no. didn't offer to make any. so I got sticks and as soon as i got to work i took a bit and ita hard as can be
Pretzels are good when they are open. (They shut down and take long breaks).
And you’ll have to wait 6-10 minutes while they make it.

huge soft warm pretzel. fair prices. we skip the mall and target to come get pretzels here. what a treat!!!
Love this place. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a soft pretzel. #1 in my opinion.
