I love chick fil a. But this location is horrible. Whoever is running it is an awful manager. She came running out YELLING at the staff working the drive thru to “push upsizing! Do it now! You need to start that now!” She repeated it like 3 times. It was so embarrassing. I had my window down and heard all of it. The sweet staff member then had to ask me 3 times if I wanted to upsize my mobile order. I asked what the ladies name was who was yelling at them and they wouldn’t tell me. I’m sure they were scared they’d get in trouble.
I’ve had poor service at this location before but I always come back because I love CFA!
Food issues I can get over but mistreating your staff in front of customers?
Nope.
I’ll take my points and rewards to Flowood.

This store is the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Yes I typed that right. It’s not just slower than any Chick Fil-A, it’s slower than even any McDonalds I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen some lazy McDonalds workers. Fire everyone, start over.

Okay have had better & better customer service. When you keep vehicles wrapped around outside for awhile that us ridiculous. You have people coming for lunch that has only 30 minutes or sine trying to get lunch on way to work.I always leave these lines.

Now, now. This is one of my favorite places to go when I am hungry and have no idea what I want. I always get the number 1 with extra pickles. The food is always fresh and the service is always fast. They people are friendly. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the older gentleman charged me for a large drink that I did not ask for. I could not switch car lanes to go to the other person taking orders outside. I am starting to miss ordering at the menu screen. Until they bring it back I will have to make sure that the person taking my order does not put in a large drink for me. Smh, everytime they pass me a large drink that I did not ask for.
