I loved Papa John's for so long but this location has me.looking for a new pizza place. Consistently late and quality is not so good. Last order was 2 large pizzas and it looked like they stuck 2 medium pizzas in large boxes.

The new New York New York style pizza, is a fraud! On the commercial it looks like it has wide pieces and the cheese and toppings come all the way out to the edge of the crust. When you receive it, it looks exactly like the normal Papa John’s Pizza it’s exactly the same it’s a rip off

2 weeks in a row. Told a time, didn't happen. Last week pizza was cold. This week we were told it would take 38 minutes. We ordered at 4pm. It's now 5:25pm and no pizza. Next time I will order from anywhere except Papa John's. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered pizza and bread sticks with a 35 minutes estimated delivery time at 9:30PM. No word on pizza till 10:41PM from the driver saying they were in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Express. I get down there and there is no one there. Driver went to the wrong address and I didn't get my delivery at all
