While the customer service has always been great, it doesn't make up for how poorly they make pizzas. This place has a long history of being chintzy with toppings -- namely cheese and sauce. Yet even ordering extra cheese and extra sauce still will not guarantee a normal coverage of either.

Fortunately, one of the drivers was willing to help me but the manager on duty never even acknowledged me

This is the second time I have ordered off the app and asked for a delivery with the option to be as soon as possible and it has taken over an hour. Simply unacceptable.
What a joke. Placed an online order and when I arrived they ran my card then informed me they forgot my wings and it would be another ten minutes. No biggie. Just refund me the wings.
