Front door was unlocked and me and my friends walked in, lady who said the dining room wasn't open was very rude and they were blasting music. We went through the drive thru to get our food and the guy who took our order couldn't even hear us because the music was way to loud and you could hear it through the headset. Very disappointed in the manners of the employees.

I had a pretty big order but it was all simple stuff I ordered 2 drinks, 2 happy meals, 2 burgers, and one McFlurry. Let me point out that it was pretty late and no one was there besides one other car. First they forgot my drink, then as we drive off we realized they didn’t put the chicken in one of the happy meals. We turned around went back and told the manager they forgot our chicken, it was hard to hear her and I could tell she was getting irritated. She told me to drive to the window, when we got there she said in an irritated voice asking me the number of chicken we bought, I said 6 then she angrily told me to go to the second window and slammed the window closed. Got our chicken and drove off. I don’t care if you are way older than us don’t treat us with disrespect because you messed up. So disrespectful for no reason when we weren’t rude at all. Do better McDonalds

7:15 am and you're out of muffins?? Every time I come here it's a disaster. Sit in the drive thru waiting to order for 15 minutes with 1 car ahead of me. I really hate coming here, but the options are limited for Brandon. Might be easier to starve next time.

We ordered 11 McBundles and a Big Mac. They forgot 2 fries and the Big Mac. We are local and EVERY time we go to this McDonald’s something is missing or the order is incorrect, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have never gotten a correct order.

The orders were correct the food was great. I love how McDonald's has great offers on their phone app orders. Keeps me coming back for more. The only thing I wish that was different is that we can come in and sit. We had to sit in our vehicle that has three big adults and a young child. Very uncomfortable and takes away from a good chipper family meal at McDonalds.

Ordered 1 drink from the drive thru, which was the only way to order, as their dine-in was closed. I ordered and paid. Sat at the window for 5 minutes, patiently. No one came to the window once. I honked a few times, still nothing. Looking through the window, I thought I saw them actually completing a drink, which was not true. Two more vehicles were waiting behind me. I finally knocked on the window and got a manager. Then it took another full 5 minutes to prepare. Most frustrating, ridiculous experience ever.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's anywhere. Impossible for them to get any orders correct or have any sort of ice cream( the machine is supposedly broken for days on end). If you can just go somewhere else.

Wow ... just wow! 10 minutes to get a cheeseburger - 14 minutes to get a bacon cheeseburger.. 16 minutes to get burrito.. slowest front counter help ever and has no idea what is going on. And no one filling orders or helping each other at all.. very poorly managed!!! Will NOT stop again..

Was at the Drive thru at about 11 today and no one was taking orders....lots of cars backed up so I finally called the store and asked if they were open... yes they were but no one had the headset for drive thru. The lady at the window was very nice though. Our order was wrong but after waiting so long we decided to cut our losses and go.

TERRIBLE!!!! Nothing like a 45+ minute wait. Sent a message to corporate who said they would tell the franchise owner to contact me. Never happened, complained again and still nothing. What a joke!

My son ordered a plain double cheeseburger and got a double cheeseburger with everything but meat. If I wanted to pay for a cheese burger without meat it sure as hell wouldn’t have been a DOUBLE cheeseburger!

I have lived in Brandon for quite some time now and the service has really went down hill since they remodeled. Just this weekend it took them 45 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 sodas out. I will not be going to this McDonald's anymore if I have to.

This has to be one of the slowest McDonalds around. More than once I have been behind a vehicle and sat for almost 10 minutes. We just had ice cream on our order-we swing in for a treat. What should be an in and out experience has repeatedly turned out to be a 10 minute wait. If the one vehicle has a large order have them pull off to the side so others can go through. It’s ridiculous! This has happened to us multiple times here. I think we are done trying to stop here.

I live in MN but had work in SD for a bit. Stopped by not even 5 min ago. Shorted me a fry and I don't have time to go back. Asked the guy for salt. He said it was in the bag. Of course it wasn't. Horrible store

Everytime, I go there it's a nightmare. Long wait times, cold food, incorrect food. Sunday, I ordered at drive-thru, I ordered a sausage egg biscuit with cheese..that was it..nothing else. I get my sandwich, and OF COURSE IT'S WRONG!!! No cheese! So, I park and go inside. I'm the ONLY one standing at the counter. Female manager tells me she'll b with me in a minute. She makes coffee, bags up some hash browns for drive thru, and wipes down the counter.FINALLY, she asks, and I hand her my WRAPPED up sandwich and tell her there is no cheese on it. She unwraps it, lifts up the egg, then the sausage searching for cheese..she says "you're right, no cheese" She then takes my sandwich, gets a piece of cheese and hands it back to me and says "there ya go" WTF?? SERIOUSLY?? Like I'm gonna eat a sandwich that someone with dirty hands picks through? She had just finished taking money and touching a dirty rag! I threw it in the trash on my way out.
