Fast service on an app order. Checked into a stall and the food was out in less than 2 minutes. Great service at this location.

I did a DoorDash delivery and also got an order for myself. They were quite efficient even though it was close to closing time. Only gave four stars because all their outdoor stalls were either broken down or coned off she had to go through the drive through. I assume during the day that’s not the case but place looked a little rundown. Employee I work with is very kind and efficient though so overall great sonic

DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC. seriously.i have had some terrible meals but this is just ridiculous. Where to start. 1.cold and stale. 2. Burgers weren't made correctly even after being told 2 to 3 times how to make the sandwiches and then repeated back. 3.ordered a sprite.. I don't know what was going on with that but it was sour tasting. No joke. Just awful.

I hate to say it but this is the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. All the drive up kiosks were removed and we were forced to go thru the drive through... With concrete barriers on both sides so, once you're in, you're stuck and can't leave. After sitting still in the drive through for 20 minutes, we made it to the intercom... Only to find out we couldn't get our app order in the drive through!! Then we had to pull over to a parking spot to wait, yet again, for our order to be delivered! Really not a well organized and/or well managed business for customer service. I gave it three stars because the lady at the intercom was apologetic. But without that, def a 1 ⭐ experience.

I went on Christmas Eve and a few other days. They were always busy with sometimes long lines backing up. The staff was amazing. They didn't seem stressed and were friendly throughout the entire process. Impressed.

While our food was done correctly, the wait was astronomical and the person who was working the window was mad at everyone for ordering breakfast burritos and "wrecking her kitchen." She also seemed to have a major problem brushing her teeth. 😬

Ordered 2 pork tenderloin sandwiches 11/24 but in biting into it I had a long dark hair stringing from the sandwich to my mouth. I was so grossed out. Complained but no refund offered. Instead I find my debit card charged 2
times, $14.25 and $16.20. Only ordered 1 time. Manager called offering new meals on next visit but really, I'm too grossed out and don't want to chance being over charged again. Bring back hair nets. 😫

They were super busy but even so they were getting through the customers pretty quick I had mozzarella sticks, strawberry limeade, and a bag of ice and it only took less than 5 mins.. and as always everything was amazing! Love Sonic!

The worst Sonic Drive In I have ever eaten at! Hollister location is worth the drive for a craving. Onion rings were way over cooked and the soda had too much carbonation. I have been eating at Sonic for 48 years and this was, by far, the worst!
