The manager and trainees working 5/20/19 were absolutely fantastic. Yes it took awhile to get our meal because they were training but the manager did a great job keeping the boys calm and showing them what to do without getting frustrated. They all apologized for the wait many times and took very good care of us. Awesome staff.

This review isn't for subway, but for THIS subway. I always have to ask for more olives whenever I go to subway because of the greedy subway policy. Sometimes the associates respond well, sometimes not so well. At this one, the associate was happy to give me more olives and gave me plenty without me having to ask two or three times. When I paid for our 4 subs, I asked if they had a military discount (I didn't think they did) and the associate informed me very apologetically that they did not. I wasn't expecting one so it wasn't a big deal and we sat down to eat. Apparently the person who I paid mentioned it to the other associate that had been helping us however, and he actually came over to our table, apologized for the subway policy, gave us $5 of his own money as a military discount, and thanked me for my service. This associate's name was Aaron, and I was thoroughly impressed with his customer service while I was there. Not just for us, but all of the customers that he helped seemed very happy with the service.

There was only one person working and he said he had only 2 customers all day but right after we walked in he got really, really busy. He remained professional and courteous and was even able to pause the line for a moment to make more iced tea. The service was exceptional.

The worker was very patient and handled the hoard of some 40 students in my group storming in here. She worked very quickly and the service was amazing. Sad shes the only one working.
