The staff here are ALWAYS friendly. The restaurant smells good, not stale like many subways. Our meals have always tasted very fresh, and the store is clean and well-stocked.
There is a fair consistency from restaurant to restaurant, but there's a bigger variation depending upon the individual who makes your sandwich (from very organized to just squeeze stuff in anywhich way).
