Food was above what I expected for a restaurant in a hotel. Appetizer cold cut and cheese plate disappeared quickly as we devoured the contents. Fried chicken is very good here. Try it! Crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Prices are high but what do you expect for a Hilton rest

I had the red trout and it was absolute fire. Staff was super short staffed but they were on it. Views were also top notch.
The price of the continental breakfast changed from $10/person on Monday to $14/person on Tuesday; we were not told about the price change upon entering the restaurant and when we received our bill our waiter told us the price just "changed". I had a wagyu ribeye steak special. Easily one of the best steaks I've ever had! Hats off to the chef, perfect amount of char on a medium rare steak.
The food and BBQ are absolutely amazing, Charlie was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back to this amazing spot! Cheers!
Unless you have credits with the hotel, there is no reason to eat here.
