They got my order wrong 😑
And I ordered an 8 piece of
Jalapeño bites & they gave me 7 instead of 8 , & they counted this as one .
why they do me like that? It doesn’t even have nothing inside . I won’t go back here
Went in three nights ago right at close. The staff didn't act as if they were upset they were friendly and patient and the food was exactly what I wanted look and taste wise... Great place
Love how we had waited almost an hour after our order to have the drive cancel it and bot bring it. Poor customer serive when we reached out to the restaurant. I have never heard of a driver being able to cancel my order. I hope to hod I get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!
Chicken nuggets and onion rings, what can I say? Pretty yummy! Also, I asked for a really large water and they gave me the biggest cup I've ever seen in my life. Super quick service, even with a long drive-thru line. Oh yeah, and it is super duper affordable, too!
When you're so totally inept that you can't read a screen/order that you perpetually get orders wrong. I get it, its fast food, brain dead adults and children work here, what should I expect, right? I expect to get what I paid for, not have people steal my money, because that's what this is, theft!
The staffing situation was terrible. I ordered an iced coffee and hashbrowns. The only cashier available was working solo the front and drive thru. There was only 1 cook in the back qnd q back up of vehicles. I understand its an ongoing problem with staffing but the clerk still managed to smile and
Customer service was good, but food could have been better. 2 stars only because of the bad experience but will try again and update based on how it goes
Not opened as hours shown ,the employee that did show up avoided the window and hid as she could so she wouldn't have to answer to customers . A simple sign would have worked.
