Pleasantly surprised when trying here for the first time. The waiter was patient while we looked over the menu and answered any questions. We asked about chicken Alfredo since it's not on the menu and they accommodated us by serving it for a picky eater in our group. The lasagna comes in a loaf/bowl type dish, and my mom said the flavor was better than Carrabas. My three cheese tortellini was nice but the crab chunks weren't very flavorful. The sauce on the tortellini was smooth with a nice kick. Bread was soft, fresh and filling. Would have liked less red pepper in the oil/herb dip and more of a garlic flavor.

Wanted Italian without going to an upscale/pricey place but still wanted quality !! Amerigo was exactly that! Great date night, great prices, and great quality! Service & cocktails were great too! The lemon cheesecake with blueberry for dessert was okay the perfect dessert - not too sweet!! Pictured: spaghetti Bolognese and an extra dirty martini

Amazing. Loved the atmosphere, the service, and the food was Devine! Great variety on the menu. I will definitely be adding this to my favorites list. I highly recommend the apple dessert and the walnut & apple salad.

Celebrated Birthday with my wife and friends... We sat at the bar due to a busy Sun evening, but were treated to timely and masterful service by the bartender! Drinks, appetizers, oil and bread and main courses were quickly served. Each entree was served hot and everyone was satisfied! Our party of four ordered: 3 cheese tortellini, grilled red fish, lasagna and shrimp scampi...we were offered a tasty serving of tiramisu to close out dinner. Everything was wonderful...thanks again!

Made a wrong turn at lunch time and wound up in the parking lot for Amerigo. Well dressed hostesses greeted and seated me in a beautiful dining room with ample seating. My server came by and took my complete order in his head and came back with some delicious bread and olive oil to dip in. I got the Shrimp Bisque and two Crab Cake appetizer as my lunch. Bisque was creamy and super flavorful but, unfortunately, there was some shrimp shell in it. The cakes were firm, well caramelized with a yummy drizzle on top but, unfortunately, were under seasoned and was more bread than crab. Here’s the breakdown: Nice, inviting place +1 star; killer bread +1 star; great service +1 star; delicious bisque +1 star; generous portions +1 star; shell in bisque and bready crab cakes -1 star. I’d go back to try other things.

Great food and great service. Had a recommendation from a friend for an "off the menu" option which I've been told availability varies a bit for. So prepare yourself that it may not be available, but if it is, I HIGHLY recommend the Nashville Hot Fettuccine Alfredo.

We had a family party with 20, old and young. The food orders came out quickly for the kids and portions were plentiful. I loved their bread and olive oil for dipping. Service was friendly and excellent and I especially enjoyed the different kinds of Italian wines which greatly enhanced the meal.
