Never really had a problem here. Staff is always helpful and polite. Place is always kept clean. I like the waiting area with the comfortable chairs. Really nice touch. Food is typically good. Never tastes unfresh.
They're always nice and helpful, but they aren't familiar with mocha almond fudge cause they gave me something other than that.
Their food is terrible. Their coffee is acceptable. The location is pretty good (right off 9A). This DD location is better then most in the area but that's not saying much.
Server was super nice and remembered my favorites. I recommend this location to get your donut fix.
I typically stop by this place a couple of times a month and order via app from their parking lot. They are fast and orders are accurate.
The cashier Kimberly did an amazing job handiling the store all by herself. I was so impressed by her excellent work ethic, speed and composure while working all alone, that I had to come back to complement her. She is doing a great job at the Briarcliff NY manor location. Being able to self manage

The 5 star rating is based on this small Dunkin Donuts being pretty much exactly what you expect a little Dunkin Donuts to be. No more, no less, it is what it is and you can get your coffee and donuts here no problem.
