Where do I begin with this restaurant? First off, I don’t even like Greek food per se, but here it is different. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the always warm and welcoming host and manager. The warmly lit candles ensconced around the restaurant warm you with their dancing light whilst you pull up a comfy stool to the bar. Never one to sit at the bar this restaurant is different, because their happy hour is where it’s at. From the ridiculously kind bartenders, Langdon, Landon (not on purpose I believe) and Cash, these lads know how to make a drink. Their margarita is a thing of beauty, rimmed with black sea salt and just the right amount of jalapeno tequila to make it hum. The happy hour menu is a joy. A tossed light-green salad I have been caught eating two of. Perfectly dressed with just the right amount of red wine vinegar, with sprigs of dill found throughout beds of the freshest greens and creamy feta. It’s my favorite salad in all of the Hamptons. The saganaki is too good for waistlines, perfectly fried and oozing melted cheese with a splash of lemon on top I could eat my body weight worth. Not to mention the always warm and fresh pita bread served with an assortment of dips should you choose. The meatballs are also a favorite swimming in a savory tomato broth and a perfectly crisp piece of bread for dipping. I always finish my meal with the Greek yogurt and black cherry dessert which everyone is consistently jealous of. Other fan favorites for food are the roasted chicken and the branzino. But, to me the happy hour is the true star of the show. There are so few places where you can get not only a great drink but reasonable delicious food as well. If ever you find yourself in Bridgehampton you must stop by. It’s like walking into your favorite trattoria and hopefully you will catch my favorite bartender, Langdon who will whip you up some libations that leave you happier then when you came. Always a good time and always leave satisfied and joyful. Opa!

Very good lamb meatballs, as appetizers and excellent fish main course. The desert 🏜 was a nice well presented Greek yogurt. This restaurant participated in restaurant week, which was good, because I found a good restaurant.

We went here for an early (5:00) dinner at the bar. Lucked out with happy hour pricing. Everything was delicious. The staff super friendly. I also got to sample a cocktail they were testing. Will definitely go back soon.

Lover of Mediterranean Delicacies. Service impeccable. Hospitality extraordinary. Ambience perfect. Desserts finger lickin 😊. It is the service that was phenomenal, as an example: since I prefer coffee with cream not milk, the waiter went out of his way to make it happen for me without even directly asking him. That really took me by surprise. Went to the kitchen asking the chef's for cream. Going the extra mile. Highly recommend Elaia Estiatorio.

Absolutely delicous greek food in a beautiful little gem of a candle lit restaurant. The manger Michael, who is charming and very friendly, really took care of us and gave us perfect recommendations for food and wine. I had an excellent mocktail at the bar and then for dinner the Octopus was cooked to perfection.

First time here, we’ll be back! Great atmosphere. Prix fixe menu was a deal. The octopus, pasticcio and baklava were the highlights.

What a wonderful experience. Very Friendly staff. Environment was inviting and cozy. Langdon behind the bar knew exactly what to recommend to make the experience that much more enjoyable. The Chef even came out to say hello and made a special dish just for us, and it was beyond delicious. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Nice, Hamptons casual Greek restaurant and bar. Good food, lively. Beef+Lamb meatballs are delicious as was the grilled fish with lemon and capers. Baklava with vanilla gelato was a great finish. Family friendly early in the evening, turns a little clubby later on. Service could have been a shy more attentive the only gripe.

Stopped by quickly for a dinner and did not expect much, but food was exceptionally delicious, fresh and aromatic. Vegetarian options: whipped feta with most delicious pita I’ve ever had. Zucchini fritters were juicy and very aromatic. Baked potato in lemon sauce - beyond delicious. All staff members were very welcoming, it was a bit rainy and they did make sure every table outside felt comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend.

As a former fine dining Restaurant owner, I must say that my experience from the start to the end was perfect. Ordering online was very easy, picking up the food was very accommodating and as for the food, it was impeccable. My guests words were, the food was to die for. Well done guys, I know it has not been easy with all what going on but you are doing a great job.
